Imperial Garden — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This used to be the spot years ago. However, they switched owners about 3 years ago. Since then it hasnt been the same.

The lady proprietor is really personable compared to almost all corner Chinse Rest ive been to. She is really a nice person. The food is OK but not great. Also compared to all the restaurants in the area they are way more pricey. Ive even told the Proprietor and she giggled and said yea.
