La Isla Bar Restaurant — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I'm going through a tough situation so my friends wanted to take me out. I suggested isla since it's close to where I live. We were disappointed in our experience. White rice was cold, beans were warm, paella was really good and my fajita had only 5 little pieces of steak that were burnt. I know if Alberto was our server our experience would of been better and we wouldn't of had to ask for salt for our yuca fries and wait for the salt. This was on 6/6/24 at 5pm. Not impressed...

After the owner left the bar tender showed her true attitude toward us she don't care for African american people when we played English music she turned the music down but when they played Mexican music she turned the music up and then she somehow skipped over the English we played she's the worst bartender i've ever experienced in my life but overall the beers were nice...
