Mr. Tacos Birria — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered a strawberry cheesecake, three red velvet cookies, and 3 white chocolate cookies. I did it through Uber eats. The strawberries on the cheesecake are old ! They look like blood clots. The cookies were hard like a rock. And they gave me macadamia! I called and the lady who answered said that the cookies been sitting for over an hour that’s why they are rock hard. How have they been sitting for over an hour and they were still warm! When they got to my house????? . I was so excited to finally get to try red velvet cookies and I am so disappointed and also the plain white chocolate cookies I can never find. Thats actually macadamia ! I ordered Chicken Tinga Street Taco on August 3, 2024, and they messed up my order by making me "Chicken Finger Taco" (WHICH ISN'T ON THE MENU). I called back and informed them they mess up my order and the lady told me that's what I wanted and ordered over the phone a "CHICKEN FINGER TACO " (WHICH ISN'T ON THE MENU). They didn't want to remake the food that I paid for (rather argue) and was super rude over the phone. I will never spend another penny here!! Very disappointed. Supported this business since they open years ago...

Not sure how to rate this Jawn, I wanted it to be great, it's "OK". It's a walk up spot, really no seating, I also think it's a pizza joint, but the name will fool you. Now as far as the Birria tacos go, they're ok/good, not great and to me $20 for an order of 4 is highway robbery, especially if you're not sitting down and getting a side of chips and salsa with them.
