Being a VERY loyal customer to Old English for about 15 years this is hard for me to write but NEEDED. I ordered a chicken finger wrap that cost $11 dollars, plus $1 extra for honey mustard the other night. When I opened the box and picked up the wrap, it was already falling apart it felt like there was barely any product in there for such a large tortilla size. I opened the wrap and right away took a picture - the little tiny lettuce there was had shades of brown on it. I had small tiny pieces of tomatoes that tasted old/not fresh. The chicken was chopped horrible, and I asked for extra well but they did not deliver on that either. Lastly barely any honey mustard as I asked for extra. Old English - this is very upsetting. The last few orders I have gotten from you have been low quality. You have such a large support of customers but if this keeps up unfortunately I will not be spending my money on food like this. Would you want to eat this? No! This was horrible. It was a waste of money. Please take pride in the food your serve, and the quality of food you prepare.

2/17/24 me and my family been eating from here for years now I never really had any problems or issues until the last 2 times I got a tomato pie how it changed the last 2 times how can a cheese get burnt when the sauce is on top because you gave me a plain pizza that was somebody else’s and then put the sauce on top? First off, it’s supposed to be cooked a whole different way this is a new way someone started in there Every time I order for over years, I always got a tomato pie it was never ever like the tomato pie I’ve been getting for the last two times horrible…it taste like a regular plain pizza tomato pie isn’t supposed to taste like a regular pizza just look at my pictures that I posted it’s not supposed to be like that at all. Hopefully you get your act together. And start cooking it the right way not the lazy way!

I’ve been going to ā€œOLD ENGLISHā€ for DECADES! I love All the food they make. As far as Im concerned, They’re the #1 place to get anything that exists on a pizza parlor/Great ā€œeat in or take outā€ meals. But the reason for my review is the ā€œSteak Stromboli.ā€ It’s the BEST I’ve ever had. I moved out of Philly years ago. And I’ve been wanting a steak Stromboli for a long time. I tried other places(no names) but every one was the worst experience of my life. No exaggeration. And now, for the last several months, I’ve been jonesing for a steak Stromboli. I’ve been so busy, but when I got home home tonight,I called & place my order & told the lovely girls who handle the customers, exactly how much I think of their food & customer service, which is Great! I drove over & back in about 35 minutes & my food was still piping hot! Me & my daughter tore it up!! šŸ˜…. It was heavenly! No exaggeration. Thank you so much to Old English & the staff there. There is no place I’d rather order from, for Grade ā€œAā€ food & Top Customer Service! I’m a customer for life! Even though I’m trying to lose weight, I will not deprive myself of your excellent food. Thank you so much! I wish I could give you...

After what I just witnessed what their delivery driver recklessly & carelessly did just so he could rush to park illegally across from the pizza store, has me absolutely disgusted. Not only did he run the red light on Richmond St by flying at a high rate of speed through the parking lot of the mini gas station diagonally across from the pizza shop, but he also shot out onto Orthodox St into the on coming traffic lane, cut in front of the vehicle that was making a left onto Richmond St coming from Bath St direction & almost hit the vehicle making the left onto Richmond St coming from Edgemont direction. All that just so he could park illegally in a spot that would block the Septa buses from making their left turns into Richmond St as well. The driver not once thought about the lives of anyone else on the road. If you choose to order from this place & you get a delivery driver in a light grey mini van, I would suggest you not even tip him since he likes to endanger other...
