I was just in Wawa at Richmond and Allegheny. I was in there approximately 5:03 p.m. 04/18/21. The cashier Liz who waited on me acted like she was doing me a favor by ringing me up. This is not the first time I have received an attitude from this cashier and she should not be working with the public. When I asked her for receipt and where her name tag was she said her name was Liz and asked me why. I told her because she has an attitude and she said so. Management needs to do something because I am in different Wawa's two to three times a day and this makes a person not want to spend their money with a company who allows their employees to treat customers this way. I usually never give one Star however she was horrible. It started by me paying for a 32 oz cup with a new employee who was cashiering on a different side. The iced vanilla coffee was empty so I went back to the register and ask them to have somebody change it. Liz asked the new employee what I said when I clearly said it. So I said it again and she said you got to go ask them in the back. Thankfully a woman in the back working on sandwiches did Cam change the ice coffee and teach the new employee how to do it then I had to get back in line and buy a piece of candy just to find out what this lady's name was. SMH I will never come here again and if I could give them a 0 star I would!! I also told her I would be calling corporate on Monday and she said so what and this is the type of employee you want working...

That was 3 yrs ago. Ever since they went back to almost normal it's been messy around the coffee area. Last Tues night, Sept 29, 2020, at about 10:15 on, the young women making up my food order moved bins with the same gloves she touched my food with. She never changed them. I saw her do this and didn't get there in time to stop her. I didn't have time to wait while she made it again, so I just took it. She's not very friendly either. Last night at about 6:15pm, a different woman tossed my sandwich on the counter and it slid off the counter onto the floor, she ran around and picked it up and laughed. This Wawa is convenient for me to stop on the way to work, I work in a hospital. I don't want to have to go to another Wawa, I always liked this one, most of the people are still friendly. I hope they can get back to where they were. Keeping things clean is the big thing right now, there are enough people...
Read moreHave had the great customer service until today. I accidentally spilled coffee this morning at the cash register. I am guessing some of the staff found it amusing. I am guessing also they thought I had already left the store. They were making making ignorant comments to other customers....for example one of the staff said out loud "I will take the next customer at this register that does not spill coffee." They were even commenting that I shouldn't of purchased a 24 ounce coffee that I was only purchasing it because it was on sale for $1, which is a lie because since I have been going to this location I purchase almost everyday the same thing a toasted roll with butter and a 24 ounce coffee...I have been doing for for almost 4-5 months already. But since they want to act ignorant and the one to act like they are so perfect...cause I am pretty sure they have had accidents themselves. I am taking my services else where.
