This place is extremely disapointing. Customer service is rude and assertive. The first time I called I asked for delivery in which the employee took my address and said that we were too far to deliver too (I live 1 mile away). I asked why and she said that where I live is the cut off of their delivery. No, “I’m sorry”, no accommodation in any way (grub hub? Uber? I dunno..) Just a bland but assertive tone of, “we don’t deliver to you.” I said ok, and we picked it up. It took us 6 minutes. I have to say the pizza was really good and had a great crust. My boyfriend was in love! So then we called tonight knowing we would have to pick it up. I had looked on the website earlier and saw that they had an ordering portal but I ordered over the phone. I asked for fried calamari and a pizza. The girl over the phone, in the same, miserable zombie-like assertion, said they do not have calamari. “But your website said you do...” I told her. She responded, “Our website hasn’t been up to date in a while..”
Not up to date... really??? Then why do you have an ordering portal if you can’t order what you want?? It’s ridiculous. The girl sounded like she could give two sh*ts about what she was doing let alone care about how she sounds to others. I worked in customer service for years and I would never let my staff act so cold towards THEIR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS! I called and asked for the manager, they asked who was calling and I just said I would like to speak to your manager. There was an awkward silence so I asked again until someone said “I am the manager.” I cancelled my order after telling them what was on my mind.. if that even was the manager.. Read moreLived in the area for 30 years and haven't ordered from Pat's Pizzaria in Parkwood in the far Northeast in a long time. So I decided to give them a try since it's been awhile and also due to the fact that my favorite pizza place Apollos in Cornwells Heights had just closed at 10:00 pm. So I had ordered two of their 8 oz cheese steaks and a large cheese fries for delivery. Well the bill came to $24.75. Well not only did the food come cold but the steak sandwiches looked like they shared the 8oz of steak between them. I had asked for a menu when I had placed the order and here I find out that the steak sandwiches were $8.00 a piece. OMG! What a RIPOFF!! Steakums for $8.00 It was like steak spread on a roll that was cut horizontally completely through. The cheese was fused to the roll and barely any sauce on it whatsoever. It was supposed to be a pizza steak. What a waste of $25.00 for 2 steaks and an order of fries. And it didn't even taste that good as well. I called and spoke with a woman and asked how in the world could you possibly charge $8.00 for a skimpy steak sandwich. There are at least 30 pizzaria's in the neighborhood that charge $6.00 to $6.50 for a decent pizza steak with way more meat than they provided. Her response was well Chink's on Delaware ave charges $8.00. Yeah , maybe for real steak and I'm sure it's genuinely 8 oz's of meat as well. So she told me to have a good night and hung up. LMFAO! So if you ever feel like getting Ripped off then feel free to call Pat's, you will be...
Read moreI was was trying to go to Reens deli but the posted online time they close and the time they actually close is off by a full hour. So I decided to give Pats pizza a try. I ordered an Italian hoagie no onions or oregano and oil on the side. I don’t know what type of sandwich I would have gotten had I also asked for no lettuce, because that’s basically all I got in my sandwich. 2 or 3 thin pieces of meat and cheese. With the lettuce and tomatoes making up for 75-80 percent of the sandwich. That’s a lettuce sandwich or salad if you ask me. I actually had to remove some of the lettuce because there was so much of it. And also when I got home I also found out that they forgot to add the oil on the side. Probably a good thing because the oil would have been the only thing I would have tasted had I put any on the sandwich. Now I’m wishing I would have spent the ridiculous $2.75 per slice of pizza to bring1 or 2 home. I also should have just walked to wawa but I wanted to give this small business a try. Never again. Now I spent just under 9 dollars and within the next hour or 2 I’ll be...
