Philo Pizza — Restaurant in Philo

I ordered pizza for my special needs son last night because I was not feeling well. My order came to $15. I got a $20 out for my son to pay with. I fell asleep so I did not know when the food got there. The driver never gabe my son change. This is not the first time this has happened. If no one at this residence tells you you can keep the change YOU DO NOT KEEP IT.I want reimbursed for the 3 times this has happwned. I will prolly not be ordering from this...

When I walked in there was no one available to help me with my order. Took about 5 minutes for someone even know I was there. There was a young man there who saw me and left the room. The place was dirty and I asked for a menu to take outside to look at with my family. They only had one menu and it was very old, it was torn and had riding all over it. Everytime we order we never get our change whether it is delivery or pick up. When it is delivered it takes no less than an hour to get it. When you call in about getting your change they tell you to stop by and you can get it but when you stop to get it noone seems to know what you are...
