Lock 9 Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

We stopped here today after finishing our deliveries to order some food to take home - for lunch and supper. The decor and setup of Lock 9 Pizza is stunning. They are very tastefully decorated for Christmas right now. There is plenty of seating at smaller tables with chairs and long tables with bench seats. Everything is clean and tidy, even the restroom. There is also extra seating in the rear... and even outside when the weather is cooperative. The young man who took our order today was very polite and appreciative that we chose to stop at Lock 9. The smells that came from the kitchen as we waited for our food were delightful and made me think we had made a good decision to stop here and try a local business.

One pizza, one sub, and one salad later we drove the 16 miles home... tortured all the way by the wonderful smells coming from the box and bag. The pepperon pizza is so very good. We got it with half jalapeños, which are quite spicy - we are not heat wimps, we like it hot. Husband liked his "The Barg" sub, without any complaint about anything. While I haven't eaten the salad yet (it's for my supper), I anticipate that it's going to be a good salad based on what we have enjoyed so far. We will definitely add Lock 9 Pizza to our favorites list and stop when we can whenever we are in the neighborhood.

This place was awesome!! Starting with the over all look as soon as you walk in, to the cleanliness of the store, it was obvious that they are already supporting their local community teams and non-profits! So just upon entering the expectations were elevated... We were greeted promptly and was told to pick our choice of table. We looked at the menu that had much more awesomeness beyond pizza. We all ordered Cheeseburgers and their signature Pizza Fries, they burgers were fresh, hand pattied, juicy, and extremely tasty! Their signature Pizza Fries were redicculously amazing! We all had the Brownie Sundae, which was equally awesome! If your stopping through Duncan Falls and you're hungry, this is a must stop. The three of us that visited all live close to two hours away in different areas, and we will definitely be repeat customers. One of the other guys said this would be a great place to come to get a nice motorcycle ride in, I definitely agree! Lock 9 Pizza blew away all expectations and delivered a great meal better than the big city restaurants! Really nice group of helpful & caring ppl always greet you with a hello & a smile. I ordered a big damn pizza, turkey club sub sandwich & a order of cheese bread. The only complaint I had was over the turkey club sub which it only had 1 thin slice of turkey on each side every other place I have ordered a sub like this at other establishments had at least 3-4 slices of turkey. Maybe they was in a hurry or trying to cut cost but wasn't happy about it. The big dam pizza was awesome crust just right cheese cooked to perfection 10/10 the cheese bread was cooked the same but 1 tiny cup of marinara.
