ATL Wings MARYVALE (DRIVETHRU) — Restaurant in Phoenix

Worst experience at an ATL so far.. Normally I visit the location in Chandler and they are amazing but today was a complete nightmare. I tried to call in an order and was told I had to go online or go through the drive through because they don’t take orders over the phone. I went in the website and it told me they aren’t taking online orders I had to call it in. I call back and am told if I can’t do it online I have to go through the drive through. Now I go in the drive through order wings and two large ATL fries. I get my fries and they by no means look like the large I’m use to and they are cold. I wait and tell them they are cold. They take the fries and come back a few minutes later with hot fries but when I open the box they have no seasoning on them so I ask if they are ATL and she says yes. I get home and low and behold my boyfriend tells me they are plain fries!! I paid $45 for wings and fries and she couldn’t get it right...

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at ATL Wings. I arrived an hour before their posted closing time, only to find the doors locked and the staff clearly unwilling to serve anyone. If you’re going to advertise your hours, at least stick to them.

On top of that, the customer service was unacceptable. When I tried to ask why they were closing early, I was met with rude and dismissive attitudes. It’s frustrating to feel like your business isn’t appreciated as a paying customer.

I won’t be coming back anytime soon. ATL Wings needs to seriously work on their professionalism and respect for customers’ time.

Thankfully, Raising Cane’s up the road was still open and didn’t disappoint. The staff there was friendly, and the service was quick. ATL Wings could learn a thing or two from them. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back to ATL Wings...

Horrible customer service, if I could leave 0 stars I would definitely do that. They do not take over the phone orders or online orders. I’ve been here a couple times, always bad customers service today will be the last time I ever come here. We arrived at 4:55 and were told the card machine was down, not knowing they closed at 5 we said we would come back with cash so we drove away however we did have cash so we literally just drove right back in and went to the drive threw and a different lady told us they had closed. At this point it was 4:57 she said they close at 5 she was very rude. There was 3 people standing outside one of whom was washing a silver dish outside with a water hose not so sanitary.
