By far this is one of the worst fast-food establishments to go to. Elizabeth whom refused to give me the order I have placed online through the drive-thru just because she does not want to is an example of poor customer service and also a poor representation of the Dairy queen brand. Both times she refuses to give me what Dairy Queen had already taken payment for and is no longer theirs. There is no official Dairy Queen rule, regulation, or standard operating practice or principle that dictates that a customer must get off and pick up their mobile order on the coy ter inside. Secondly, there is no Arizona state law that dictates that either. By refusing to give me my order I had to sit in the drive-thru until she gave me my items. In no way or manner was this employee threatened for her to harass me as a customer by calling the police. Know your rights people. I called the non emergency number myself and they stated they could not go there since there was no emergency or danger or threat. So I waited until she gave me my items that I had ourvhased in the manner I chose to pick them up. Next time an employee threatens to call the cops on a good paying good faith and good Samaritan make sure you call the cops first and let them know what the situation is. The law is on your side. Not theirs.

When we got to the window the girl went to get the manager after we showed the ID she signaled to the girl where is the card? The manager opens the window with a disrespectful attitude and asks where is the card we need the card, I showed her again and no we don’t do it. I don’t know if your employees are slow and never have seen a retirement military ID but it has a social security number on it. You don’t hand over your military ID to civilians. Instead of her being so immature she should have given the 10’percent discount to oblige instead of acting ghetto and then going against what was already told to us!! This new generation is horrible at customer service and I’m glad we have a way to put them on blast! I also have a group of Veterans that communicate between several hundred of us in the valley and I will make sure they know how this DQ treats their military and Veterans! Shame on the manager! She rolled her eyes very visibly, she is miserable. When I didn’t like that she was being rude, she got more of an attitude. Bending down and leaning out of the window to say I had an attidude for no reason. Terrible customer service. I asked what her name was and she said Alicia, or Alyssa and that she was the manager so my complaint wasn’t going to go anywhere anyways, and if I felt like it I could come inside and address it with her? I understand this location isn’t in a great neighborhood but that doesn’t mean you have to employ ghetto people to work there, and if she is indeed a manager that’s even worse.
