Burger King — Restaurant in Phoenix

It always seems when you ask for something "Made Your Way" it's ALWAYS a hassle. What happened to the Burger King "Have It Your Way?" which is Burger King's old slogan to their new one which is "You Rule" which is certainly not the case in this case or other Burger King Franchise Stores and here is my simple order. 🤔

Because Burger King Does Not and has never put Mustard on their Whopper's or Jr Whopper's you have to request it, which in turn requires 🤔 in my book to be made fresh; and to all of you reading 📚 this review here is Not only the Process oh how delicious both the Whopper and Jr Whopper taste when they are fresh Off The Broiler!!!! And when made this way THEY ARE NOT TO BE PUT IN THE MICROWAVE!!!!

Here's my Order

A Whopper Fresh Off the Broiler; Extra Onions, Everything ON It Plus Mustard. The employee ALWAYS replies HEAVY Mustard, which tells me (Burger King Must not have a key on their side that says "add Mustard ). I respond, " Just add Mustard please since your Burger doesn't include Mustard, Thank you. My goal is please make it fresh please. Thank you.

When it is made correctly you can taste the Flame Broiler 🔥 just as if you made it on the BBQ grill at home 🏡 it's amazing.

Oh and I never worked for Burger King 🤴. I'm a 3rd Generation Honorably Discharged Army Veteran and when my father was serving Our County when BK and other restaurants first started opening on Military 🪖 Post, my mother got a job at BK as an Expeditor, and that's where I learned all the Integrity of BK.

So all I ask is my Order and all of your Customer's Order be made without Your EMPLOYEE'S making a big deal, have they Not been trained, without Customer's there is NO JOB, there is NO BK????

The manager named Jessica was rude and didn't smile at all. My friend went to get soda in his Circle K cup and she said if he didn't pour it out or pay for it she wasn't going to give me the cheese burgers I had ordered because he was stealing. And she was yelling this in front of the other customers. One of the other customers in the Burger King offered to pay for the soda but I told her no that it was ok that he didn't know he couldn't get soda there like at McDonald's they will let you get soda for free or a free refill while on your visit. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager I told her yes you might be but you still have someone above you that is the person I would like to talk to because she needed to go to some customer service classes because she had no kind of customer service at all. She just looked mad and unhappy the whole time we were in there. I told her I would report her to someone higher and hadn't she ever heard of service with a smile?? Evidently not that's why she was acting out that way. Maybe they should take some Customer Service classes from McDonald's because their whole concept is if the customer wants the extra pickle, you give tgem the extra pickle no questions or...

I found a roach wrapped up in the paper my burger was wrapped in. I showed the girl at the counter, she quickly threw the wrapper out and handed me back the trey with the burger still on it, i was so disgusted i asked to speak to the manager. The girl walked to the back and i could hear her telling some one what had just happened. Suddenly a woman came out of the back yelling "get out of the this restaurant now!" I asked why ? She continued to yell for me to get out, and said she was calling the cops. I left the restaurant but waited in my car for the police to show up. They never came, i then called the store to ask for the general mangers number, the voice on the other end said..."you wetbacks are always trying to get something for free" and then the phone went dead. Im still going to contact the general manager, but i will never go to any...
