So let me start by saying that I have went to this particular Jack in the box location on 67th and Roosevelt that's North 67 th Avenue I ordered the number 23 breakfast burrito however twice the burrito was improperly made the first time I had a stale hash brown in my burrito one piece of meat usually there's two at the bottom instead of spread out no cheese sauce whatsoever although the customer service with the manager was great but the quality of food is not there the preparation and care that a person should have when cooking for someone else it's not there to I would suggest that this particular location gets assistance from another Jack in the box located on Broadway and priest in Tempe as their burritos are on point totally 100% the location on 67th Avenue and Roosevelt again it's lacking in serious preparation and I will no longer take my wife or any co-workers to this location and I've talked and dealt with two different managers over a very short period of time I would like to think that upper management in Jack in the box will take the time out to visit the minute locations that they have and make sure that the employees are properly trained in preparing quality food but at the moment I don't see that it's being taken care of..... Maybe I should consider trying something different and completely just not visiting Jack in the box at all also their soda drinks could be a whole lot better it tastes weird the coke the cola doesn't even taste like Coke that's all I have to...
Read moreGoogle seems most insistent that I review every location of National, well-known fast-food outlets.
This location was exactly the same as every other Jack-in-the-Box I've ever been to which is sort of the point of having a national brand and some quality control programs in place.
Jack does better than most on a couple of fronts they tend to be very consistent they and are surprisingly fast in this day when everyone's trying to be Starbucks and/or have far too many items on the menu.
Their egg rolls are surprisingly light for something that swims in hot oil but they're nicely crispy and tasty. They're always messing around with this or that specialty Burger but a plain old jumble Jack's awfully good and pretty cheap. It comes with the basics including lettuce tomato onion and mayonnaise and what else do you really need on a burger?
Jack in the Box is forever adding limited-time items. They're usually fairly reasonably-priced they're really delicious and then they take them away right about the time you develop a habit for them. I hate that. Since those specialty items are usually just a different combination of ingredients they have on hand if you ask nicely sometimes they can still make the...
Read moreDo yourself a favor, go to the Jack in a Box at 51st Ave and Roosevelt (5 STARS FOR THAT LOCATION) because they need to do some serious overhauling at this store (67th Ave & Latham). The staff isn't cooking food to the proper temperature, the chicken comes out like rubber (happened multiple times), the evening team lead doesn't speak English and doesn't bother to listen to concerns from anyone who speaks English, even though there are plenty of people who can translate for them.... The phone either continuously rings or is taken off the hook so they don't have to answer. They always ask customers to pull forward in the drive thru so they can beat the clock. They take no pride in the store, have insufficiently trained the staff and it is only getting worse. They used to have a phenomenal staff and excellent quality. I don't know what happened, but the last 2 months have been absolutely horrible every time we've gone here at any time of day. They only get the 1 star because I...
