Well, after traveling to countries where eating is like a sport when we walked in here, I was immediately transported to a place far away from home and was just in love ❤️. It's so close to my actual home and I never new about it until recently. The horchata and Jamaica were being scooped from containers at the back by a server specially dedicated to that station. Don't go in here expecting a five star restaurant dining experience with silver platters and fancy tableware or whatever. The goal here is GREAT FOOD with family and friends, and they are GOOD for it. The space is ample. I mean a lot of tables for families to bring delightful company. There were a ton of families gobbling delicious looking selections. The menu is straightforward, and the servers seat you, bring you your menu and your food quickly. You can order by the pound if you choose so more food may take a little longer. We had the halal birria de chivo. It's the only thing we came for, we'll be back. I went 7/21/18 Saturday morning to buy some menudo for myself and coworkers. To our surprise there was hardly any menudo. We paid $9.00 for a cup that wasn't half way full.Two of my coworkers threw it away becuase it had no flavor and were pist. Well all of us were pist cause we felt robbed. This is not somewhere I would stop if driving by, so I'm glad I read the reviews. Don't let the location or appearance of the building keep you away. The meats (asada and chivo), consomme, and tortillas were delicious! There is not really anything else on the menu, however, so that has to be what you are craving. I did have flan for dessert, which was smooth and creamy. The service was very friendly and the server was patient with my questions in English.
