Cocina Madrigal food truck — Restaurant in Phoenix

All amazing for a food truck. They’ve set up a place in The shade to cool off with misters, music and fans. We visited when it was 108 out because I could not miss it! Hands down the best food, without question. We are exceptionally excited for them to return to their full restaurant, and hope they can very soon. I want to see this business stick around forever! The food is unmatched, the service also unmatched. We moved to Utah and I had gone back to Arizona multiple times after they’d had the fire and crossed my fingers each time that they might be open and was so sad each time to hear they weren’t back running. When I heard they opened a food truck I was looking for an excuse to go back to Arizona! Finally made it I was so happy! 🫶🏼 rooting for this restaurant...

This is the best Mexican in Phoenix. The steak tacos are better than those I served at my restaurant, and it’s hard to say, but it’s true. Best steak tacos I’ve ever had, and the rest of the menu is no joke. If you haven’t tried them yet go in and help them out.
