I don’t care how good her cakes are but not having great customer service melts all the icing off the cake. This not my first time spending money with this company/ her either and even last time it was still a hiccup but wasn’t no where near as bad as this time. I placed my order over two weeks ago. My son birthday is today now I have to explain why he didn’t get the cupcakes he wanted so badly. During placing my order I reach out to her personally no response. So I wrote the business and got a response. She asked me what I wanted I provided her with very detailed information of how I wanted my cupcakes and the pick up day was suppose to be today 3/25/2023. I did find it kind of weird of why a retainer wasn’t mentioned the first time, then I thought hmm maybe she doesn’t take deposits anymore , cause not all businesses do that. Okay boom after I thought everything was confirmed when she repeated my order to me thru messenger just letting me know basically she recieved everything in detailed down to the t. On Friday comes around a day before my pick up. I write her and ask what time is pick. Of course I get an automated text blah blah. She sends the address and the deposit information which wasn’t never stated before nor was it sent back to me on messenger during our initial consult.She then writes and basically says I never confirmed my order, like huh you literally went back over my order which confirmed you recieved it. At this point I’m confused. Okay cool it was a misunderstanding on her part. I expl to her and asked can she read our msg above which she never sent over any deposit nothing and where we confirmed everything at. I told her I can just pay in full now and asked if she can still have it ready by tomorrow. This lady left me on read y’all didn’t apologize, redeem herself or anything. Didn’t even write back to say I’m sorry I won’t be able to do it. So I thought maybe she had got busy within her day so her it is about 9 at night. I wrote her again and asked her hi ms. Sweetbee are you still able to complete my order for tomorrow. Once again she left me on read again and never responded. So I've gotta be honest, I gave the owner an impossible task and she completely nailed it! I have an autistic son who's birthday was today. Unfortunately the kiddo often times waits until the last minute to decide what he wants. He decided this year he wanted a Call of duty Ghost cake with a TON of detail. I sent a picture of what he wanted and she took it from there, making the absolute best cake. The details of the cake were fantastic even making great details such as bullets and a perfect replica of a hand grenade which completely stole the spotlight of the night. We truly lucked out, not only did she agree to make this cake but she did it with less than a 24 hour notice. The cake looked FANTASTIC but let me just tell you, the flavor and how moist the cake was, geez mouth watering! We will 100% be back and recommend them to everyone we know! Nicole is always so willing to get the job done, expeditiously at that. 🤗Every event that I've needed her for she has executed the plan, with short notice might I add. The cakes are moist and just so delicious!! I love her honesty, if there is something she can't do(which in my eyes she can do it all 😊) she will let you know. Not a lot of people/bakers do that, they will say they can and you get your product and it's not what you wanted nor is it giving the taste. But not Nicole she is the Bomb! Recently, I placed an order for my son's 4th birthday Ninja turtle theme (cupcakes and cake pops) and she delivered so well on them.
