You can get 4 meals out of 2 they pile the food on! Ask for some complimentary chips or they won't ask you. Meat is tender, juicy, flavorful. Not bland. Home cooking. Beans and rice are both at the perfect texture. Beans not runny like so many others. They adhere to fluffy light rice for the perfect bean-to-rice ratio. You will finish these before you do the rest of your meal! Chips are the perfect thickness for crunch and dipping in 2 choices of salsa/sauce green and red. This is authentica homemade Mexican food. Restaurant inside and out are kept immaculately clean. Service at counter and drive-thru are super quick! Friendly faces and warm personalities from the crew. Leave your finicky food attitude at home. They know what they're doing already. They don't need schooling from you on how to make proper Mexican dishes. Highly recommend Carné Asada tacos. I was hesitant to do this review, but after several bad experiences it’s time for me to do a review! I was there February 23rd 2025 at around 11pm. I asked for the food and told the lady that was it. My son then asked for a Dr. Pepper, so I told the girl “can I also get a Dr. Pepper please, sorry?” Instantly her tone of voice changed, so to me, she was upset that I had to add the Dr.Pepper. I drove home and my son tells me she gave me an horchata not a Dr. Pepper. I mean, who would confuse a Dr. Pepper for an Horchata? Any who, I had to drive back to this place because like I said, it’s not the first time something like this has happened. When I got to the window and told the girl that she didn’t give me the right drink, she acted surprised and said you can keep the Horchata, I said I don’t need the Horchata that’s why I came for the drink I had asked in the beginning. Although the Mexican food here is really great and its my favorite Mexican restaurant it's really small it can only fit about 7 families of 4 or so. There's also special meals for kids just in case your worried about the young ones. One thing I'll be honest about though is that out of the hundreds of times I've gone there I once found a piece of plastic in my food but that was only a one time thing. This restuarant is also in a kind of bad area 6 times that I've gone there a random Mexican man with a guitar has come in and started singing. I'm not sure if he was drunk but he never does anything to anyone he just sits there and sings while strumming his guitar. Also there's a smell of dog poop about 10 feet away from the restaurant but it doesn't smell once your inside.
