I stopped by this Bojangles around 2:10 to get an 8 pc Supremes dinner, but the drive thru screen only offered a 12 piece box. I decided to get it and just save the leftovers. After I paid my $38 and change, I was told they were cooking Supremes fresh and they would be ready in 5 minutes, pull up to the rail, etc. After over 10 minutes and no food, I called into the store. This time I was told that they were out of biscuits but fresh ones would be out of the oven in a minute and a half. After waiting another 8 minutes with no food, I was ready to get out and go in when I saw someone come out with my food. A TWENTY MINUTE WAIT! I told the guy that there was no excuse for this, he said people had gotten off shift at 2:00, they ran out of biscuits, etc etc. However I watched order after order leave while I was waiting, and I think they gave those people the biscuits and Supremes that I should have received. I was not even given an extra biscuit after all of this. Poorest service at any Bojangles I have ever visited, over 3 different states. I don't care who got off at 2:00 or what they ran out of. When a five minute wait stretches to 20 minutes and other people are getting food, that is nothing but poor management coupled with an "I don't care about you or your order attitude". Simply...
Read moreI think it is pretty good food most of the time, considering it is a fast food grease pit. You get the occasional dry, hard biscuit that they prepare and left under the lamp too long and sold anyhow (approximately 15-20% of my visits fall into this catagory). Regardless, I think thier biscuits are great...probably best biscuits in Pickens, in my opinion. Employees seem dispassionate and appreciative of having a job, and night crews can be rambunctious. I personally witnessed a Bojangles employee take a large cardboard box, place it over himself, and squat in front of the Wendy's next door. I think, considering the note on the box, that they were attempting to close Wendy's drive through. My bumper almost tagging the box as I slowly rolled up to him encouraged him to abandon the endeavour and bolt back to Bojangles. Crazy teens. I assume they didn't have a lot to do back at work. Regardless, a few bad employees causing the buisiness to rate lower than it normally would shouldn't discourage anyone from trying for those biscuits...just ask for yours to be customized to ensure you get a fresh biscuit and not the heat lamp...
Read moreAfter not eating here for over a year, my family decided we would try it again. It was a Sunday and we were literally the only customers inside the building. The man at the cash register looked at us as though he was annoyed that we were there. We ordered two kid meals and two adult meals which cost $40.00.The meals were very skimpy. I had asked for ice water and was charged $2.85 for bottled water (which I did not receive). We ordered ranch sauce for one of the kiddos and did not receive. Whenever my husband asked for bbq sauce, the lady told him it would cost .27cent extra. 🙄 Then our granddaughter asked for the ranch that we had ordered and the lady told her it would be an extra .27cent. ( the ranch was listed on our receipt) after my husband went back up and showed her the receipt, she gave him a ranch sauce. The food was okay, the fountain drinks tasted watered down, and the service was horrible. After paying $40 for a skimpy meal, and you can’t even get one bbq sauce to go with it without paying extra, and getting charged almost $3 for a cup of ice water, this place...
