I went through the drive through. As I pulled up I asked if we could come to the window. They didn't mind, ( I've had some experiences where other restaurants get irritated) I Expressed that we haven't eaten at Bojangles in years. I showed a picture of wings that I guess were a limited time. And explain that my son had autism and I just wanted to make sure that he would eat them. The lady at the window was more than happy to help. She showed us what one of the wings look like that they did have. And my son said that he would eat it. She also helped me figure out what I wanted to eat. I ended up getting the bo chicken bites meal, Cajun biscuit meal, and a the three-wing meal for my son. Once we got home we tried Bojangles for the very first time in years. My son tried it for the very first time in his life. He demolished the chicken wings. The bo bites were cooked perfect. They had plenty of meat in them, I am very pleased. My husband said that he loved the Cajun biscuit. The mac and cheese was a bit dry. But it was more moist than most places weve ate at. I'd say right up under Chick-fil-A Mac and cheese. ( But that could just be because we stopped by at 8:00 p.m.). So I want to say thank you to the lady at the window and to the staff for being patient with us. And showing hospitality. Although it may not mean much, they made our...
Read moreIf I could give a negative star i would. Have had nothing but poor experience with this location. But tonight was the worst. The cashier at the drive thru immediately had attitude, as soon as we began our order. And sad part is, it was simple. Sausage egg & cheese combo, and a regular sausage biscuit. When asked what i wanted as my 'side' I opted for bo rounds. And then it went from bad to horrible. As rudely as she could, she told me that they would have to make them fresh and I needed to pick something else. I'm sorry, it's on the menu, that's your job, it's not a huge request for 4 flipping bo rounds. Pull up to the window, she jerks the money out of my hand, and walks off. When she finally comes back w/ my change, she dumped everything in my hand, and shoves my drink out to me, with no straw. After waiting 15mins for what I'm assuming was the bo rounds to cook, she shoves my bag of food in my window. And before I could ask for my straw and receipt she shuts the window and walks off. They got the order wrong, which blows my mind, but even worse the food was slung together and half wrapped. I refuse to ever come back to this location. And if it wasn't for the awesome staff at the fountain inn bojangles, I would write them off completely. I get some people don't like their jobs, but you get paid to do it. Suck it up and do your job, or find...
Read moreI really do hate to leave a bad review of this place. But there's just been too many bad experiences. We've been coming here since this Bojangles was 1st built, we live a minute away. On NUMEROUS occasions we've waited in the pick up line for up to 25 mins or more, w/ maybe 1 or 2 cars in front of us. The quality of food has more often been a disappointment, than satisfactory. Several times the food being completely inedible, not every time, but on multiple occasions. However, almost EVERYTIME we choose fries as a side they are hard/inedible. Recently, just observing the cooking space through the pick up window it does not look clean/orderly @ all. The exterior is always clean though, so that's a plus! I truly believe this is a result of mismanagement b/c most of the (very young) staff is always VERY courteous & kind. Please rectify these issues. We'd hate to stop coming all together bc we're wasting time & money. We love the franchise & the convenience of having home cooking on those nights we aren't able to make dinner ourselves. At the same time though it's disheartening to get a meal home & you can't eat it @ all. Then you've wasted...
