I'm biased. I don't write reviews for friends, the owner is a long time friend, because you can't trust me if I write a review for a friend and it does you no good. But I'm making an exception because I had a group of our friends drive here for the eclipse, and there wasn't one complaint. My group was some mutual friends, my friends, my family, these are people that won't hold back with me because they don't have to. I had the spicy Asian brown, that was glorious in every way. People that just got frozen treats loved them, people that got food loved them, I had both, I loved them both. So I'm breaking my rule because I want you to not trust me, go try it for yourself, leave a review about how I'm an idiot. While camping in Clearwater Piedmont campground I took my wife, our son, his wife and their son for ice cream. We were 1) disappointed with the quality of the ice cream (best choice brand); 2) the cost of the ice cream ($38 for 4 items; $1 for a cup of iced tap water); 3) the quality of the final product (ice cream was melted); 4) and the friendliness and customer service of the team, especially the older guy acting like the owner. We will not be back and when we were visited by our daughter, her husband and their son, we did not waste our time with a second visit. After spending about $10 just for 2 scoops of Best Choice it would be better to go to the Town and Country Supermarket...

The girls working the front counter were super sweet and informative! However my review targets the guy in the back making the food, he portrays poor customer service.! Screwed up my order by making the wrong thing, instead of offering an apology or the correct food item, he made me feel guilty for asking for what I ordered and paid for.
