I thought this would be a good place for me and my kids for a good dinner. However, we was wrong? The only thing that was good was the sauce and the cheese dip for the chips

We waited 45 minutes to get our food which was just two tacos and some beans a Mexican cheesesteak, and a cheeseburger meal. Pretty simple. I wouldn’t think that would take 45 minutes.

Then we get the food and it ain’t even prepared correctly so they have to go back and fix it

Which seem to be that they just pulled cold meat out though a taco and put some cheese on top of the cheese wasn’t even melted on top of the meat. Taco shell was not even baked warm. The only thing that was warm was the plates.

Upon telling them this at checkout, leaving the food at the table, not eaten The lady says that she’s going give us a reimbursement for the mess up and the inconvenience which she didn’t so after spending $40 for three people and adult and two kids to eat there we have decided to never come to this place again

Your customer service is no good. Your food has dramatically fell off from years ago, eating there when it was actually good..

Well, where do I start? 1st the waiter brought out our chips and we ask for CHEESE....by the time we received the cheese we had NO CHIPS. When he finally came back to take our order I ask for more chips......we had NO DRINKS! THAT WE HAD TO GET OURSELVES! Food took for EVER to come out to the table and then it was in SEVERAL PIECES.... OF WHICH 1 PERSON NEVER GOT THEIRS UNTIL WELL AFTER EVERYONE ELSE! Checks were wrong and we were NOT ask by anyone HOW WE FELT ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON! AND STILL HAD TO ALL PAY $40 or MORE for our tickets!!! NOT A PLACE THAT IS WORTH THE COST OR THE ENVIROMENT!!!!!!! THEN, when we TRIED TO LEAVE THIS TERRIBLE PLACE, A WAITER comes out of the front door and has a 10 minute conversation with a car load of people behind our car and would not move so we could leave!!!!! RUDE BEYOND BELIEF!!!!!! NOW, HAD WE DID YOU THAT WAY.... O.M.G Never again.... And I didnt want to give you a #1 rating... It needs to...

Avoid this place! Rip offs. I live less than 2 miles away from this place and eat here all the time. We picked up two ACC’s today and our bill was $33. The tray the food was placed in wasn’t even covered. We received less than half of a lunch menu portion. We called back up there to let them know of our dissatisfaction and the person answering the phone couldn’t care less. No attempt was made to make our situation right. Needless to say, that the newer Mexican restaurant which only a mile away will be getting all of my business going forward. If you wonder why on Friday nights why this restaurant looks like a ghost town and the newer Mexican place is full…… this is why. I am just glad that I wasn’t the one who picked up this order, it was my 17 year old daughter, if it would’ve been me who picked it up, things would’ve gone down much...
