Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

We had to wait for our food. We ordered at 2:36 pm and food was delivered at 3:12pm. This was on a Sunday. We had to tell the person who took the order 4x and we still had the order wrong. When we buzzed them asking where's our food. They kept saying " it will be out in a minute..." we weren't sure what a minute meant to them because it was a long time to get a simple order. It seems like there is no supervision. No general managers and the like there. I wonder how high their food costs are, since there is no one there to supervise. We waited for our food as others who arrived after us got theirs. Prices are high, i expect better service and food. Also, the onion rings were very greasy. Sonic usually get the order right on the first try. The Car Hops and the managers were not on the same page with this day we all have an off-day but this was ridiculous... on a very hot Saturday afternoon temperatures well in the 90s heat index 107 and a car of women who wanted their order right so they could get home.
