Good food, extremely poor service.

2 weeks ago they made a error on my order, I was patient as I expected it to be corrected, waited 30 mins for one order of moz sticks. By the time I got to the rest of my order it was obviously cold. No apologies, just a " you can wait "

Made a order tonight. Item forgot from order, called in and was told " we are extremely busy but I can return when my food is ready" this is not the way to handle customers.

The service of this place has made a fast decline.

Figured its been awhile we will try again. Fiancé goes in gets our food and checks it ( considering our past with this place missing everything ) lady snips at my fiancé. Get home, order is wrong....

Called for an everything pizza and drove 18 minutes to get there. They had a large cheese ready for me. Whomever i talked to thebphone whenninordered didnt seem in the best of moods to begin with. Been visiting this place since 2003 and never had a problem until today. I read off my order to the woman working and asked her to read it back (its hard to understand people while wearing masks) and all I got back was a death stare and a sarcastic reading of my food. Terrible example of humanity in front of my 1 and 7 year old, so I then declined my order and left. Terrible way to treat a customer who was willing to provide income...
