I had a horrible experience there yesterday. Dunkin is apparently not service animal friendly at all. Me and my roommate both have ESA's (emotional support animals), for bad anxiety. We have 2 cats. So we stopped at this dunkin and I went in to ask if they would allow us to bring them in being that they are ESA and we have written Dr's notes. I Do understand that they are not certified service animals so they don't have to let us so I went in to ask. I explained to the lady that they are ESA'S and wanted to make sure it was okay with them I have not had an issue at other stores before. The lady rudely told me that they don't allow service animals. I said okay and decided to go through the drive through because we didn't want to leave them in the car. They did not even check my order with me or tell me the total so when I got to the window the man gave be a disgusted look and basically threw the food at me. I gave him my card and asked the total and he ignored me and refused to look at me. I asked a second time when he gave me the receipt and again same thing. I have never been treated so rudely before. If you have a service animal of any sort I would not bother...
Read moreA. They are ALWAYS out of everything we try to order. B. They seem to be closed during their advertised hours. C. Rude, unprofessional employees. The guy that took my order (Dimetrious?) was so unprofessional - honestly, he sounded like a pothead loser jerk. (The girl at the window was SUPRISINGLY perfectly normal, alert, professional, smiley, etc unlike any others i interacted with all other times - but no nametag of course so i can't credit her fully.) D. The food sucks. I ordered 2 donuts, i drove home about 1 mile away and they're stale...of course. I should have expected that because it's most of the time. They barely put any filling in them anymore, the least of any other local donut shop or bakery. E. That store always seems shady, closed, dark, empty, suspicious. STRONG pot odor when i was ordering in drive-thru tonight. Crappy place....
Read moreAccused my 70 year old mother of giving her a fake 20 . (i took it to the same td bank atm she got it from , the bank employee confirmed it was real)
Out of nowhere she opened the drive through window screaming and going on about calling the police , my mom believed the insane woman and apologized while trying to hand her another $10 the woman kept screaming . Like honestly thats embarrassing, no ones trying to steal $9 worth of coffee, its 10x more ridiculous after we found out the $20 was real and the lady did all that over NOTHING . Either way , i wouldnt have started screaming and excusing a 70 year old woman of lying , i would have assumed she was given a fake $20 and been nice . I went to a different dunkin after this and the total was $1.90 cheaper. Crazy . ur a...
