Mario & Joe's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Pine Hill

I was ordering from This pizza place for over 8 years and never have I've been so disappointed in the last year!!! It was always so good never had any problems The food was delicious The service was great until about a year ago!!! I don't know what happened but the service is pathetic! Anytime I order there's always something missing something not cooked right This time was the last time! I ordered a steak onion and green pepper stromboli and it was raw!!!!!!! When I called to let them know to pick up the stromboli and give us one that was cooked I was told they were too busy! Too busy but yet they send the delivery guy to give me $17 back for my Stromboli All they had to do was make a fully cooked Stromboli for me and I would have been satisfied . Although I don't know why since no matter how many times I order a week the service is getting worse and worse 💯💯💯 I'm done I understand people make mistakes but how many mistakes do I have to put up with before I finally say no more? Seems the ownership may have recently changed and unfortunately the quality has plummeted. Ordered a pizza steak last week with extra meat, what I received was barely a normal steak amount, cheese slightly melted on top of the meat, and a tablespoon of pizza sauce on top of that. You could have made three sandwiches with the amount they used to give you. They've also changed their pizza dough which is supbar at best now. My goto pizza order was sausage and pepperoni. Previously shredded sausage was used, now it is sausage balls. If I wanted that I would go to Pizza Hut. They also consistently forget parts of your order. I could cite more examples of this downfall, but it will end up being a novella. Been a loyal customer for nearly twenty years, but it's time to jump ship. It's a real shame. I called to order a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak, in a container. I asked for no bread as it isn't apart of my diet. When the man read off the order, he didn't mention that I requested it in a tin. I asked politely if he heard what I said, just for him to snap on me. I received my order, to find it was on a roll, he didn't even write it on the receipt. May I add I asked for ranch, cheese, lettuce, and raw onions. There was no ranch, no cheese, a few pieces of brown shredded lettuce, and cooked onions. I wouldn't usually complain about this, but the man on the phone was so rude that a review needed to be written. Mario and Joe's hasn't been the same since Hellen sold it.
