First time visiting Lucy's. The decor is nice, modern meets retro. The menu is simple, which I prefer, as it's much easier to decide among 20 items than 50. We seated ourselves, and a waitress was taking our drink orders within a minute. She returned with our drinks within a couple of minutes, and we were ready to order. I had crawfish pie, and my friend had loaded crepes. Both are served with a side salad. It took no more than 10 minutes to have our food, and it was delicious! The crust of my crawfish pie was flaky and perfectly cooked, and the crawfish filling was outstanding. I tried a bite of the loaded crepes, and it was rich, creamy deliciousness. My friend ordered a slice of chocolate cake for dessert, and it was plenty big enough for two. I looked over the dessert counter, and saw many scrumptious offerings, such as chocolate chip cookies, fudge caramel cheesecake, and pies. Overall very enjoyable experience, and will definitely return!

I highly recommend the Spicy Chicken Sandwich! It was a mild spicy & the chicken was so tender & juicy. Also, our waitress was so kind, she was an older lady & the sweetest! I wish I would have caught her name! Lucy's is just a short 2 minute drive off the i-10. We love it! Clean & wonderful girls all working there!!!

I love finding small town cafes especially if the food is good! We grabbed their crawfish pie! I was thinking more like a pot pie which can be runny but NO! This is different and definitely worth a try! Also the chicken sandwich was pretty good

My mother and I decided to visit Lucy's for the first time today. We entered during the lunch "rush". Upon entry we were seated in a timely manner, but then had to wait for a waitress to acknowledge our presence. She took our drink orders 10 minutes after we sat down and asked if we knew what we wanted to order. As first timers, of course we didn't. We asked for a menu and she pointed out two whiteboards that we could not see from our table. She then told us to go on their website to see what they had to offer. So I did just that. My mom and I made our selections and waited to give our waitress our order. She served several other patrons and closed out a few more tickets before returning to us to finally take our order. We gave her our orders and once again began to wait. We ordered two BALT (bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato) sandwiches along with one cup of baked potato soup. Then we waited and waited and waited all while watching customers that entered after us be seated, given drinks and their food. Our waitress brought our food to us with no napkins or utensils and took 5 more minutes to bring that to us. (not a big deal because my mom only needed a utensil for her soup) *The sandwiches were great and the veggies and avocado were really fresh!!! They were served along with a pickle spear and a hefty amount of kettle cooked plain salted chips. But the soup, the soup was super milky and bland. A teaspoon of bacon and cheese was thrown on top of the soup. We were never offered dessert by the way. We finished our sandwich plates and asked for our ticket and left out.

My takeaway from my experience at Lucy's is to order online or by phone and just pick it up and forget about the baked...

My husband and I went to Lucy’s on the recommendation of our friend Christi, and we were not disappointed! The cafe’ atmosphere was delightful and the food was excellent. The young lady that waited on us was so sweet, and brought our food out in just a matter of minutes. We had Chicken Crepes and Chicken Salad w/ Broccoli Soup. Excellent! We already knew that their Strawberry Pie was out of this world, because our friend had already gifted us with one of those, and that was our dessert when we got home. ...
