Terrible terrible terrible. I placed a mobile order for two foot long meals and came inside the store, I waited 15 minutes for the woman to hear the beeping sound of the computer alerting her she had a mobile order. Someone then walked in and she made his sandwich before ever clearing the screen to see my mobile order. I ordered a sandwich toasted wasn’t toasted. I got cucumbers on it, didn’t ask for that. The bacon was soggy and uncooked. The second footlong thankfully was not messed up but I paid $30 for nothing ! The soda machine had no drinks available completely empty. Only 2 soda options. My cookies were hard as a brick !!! And when I asked her if she could toast it she argued that it wasn’t on the receipt. I clearly pointed to it for her and she said that’s weird it should be at the bottom of the receipt. She could hardly walk and shouldn’t have even been working there. It took almost an hour just to get two subs correctly done. Ended up with rock hard cookies, terrible soda, and a sub messed up. Read moreThis subway has never been great but today I placed an order online for 6:55pm, as I only have 30 minutes for lunch preordering is very helpful. I arrived at 7:05, my food was not ready or even out of the oven/toaster. The employee there pulled my order out of the oven and dropped it on the floor, I've worked in the restaurant industry for years and accidents happen, however, this woman turned to the customer she was currently helping and said “oh well, all the rest are frozen, they’ll just have to get a refund” watching it all happen I asked her if it was my order and she said yes, I asked if I could just replace it to which with a nasty attitude she replied if I wanted something I would need to get in the back of the line which now had 4 people in it because she’s busy. She also tried to hand me my receipt because she didn’t know how to do a refund for an online order and I would have to figure it out. The first time I ordered online and when I got there the guy said they ran out of turkey and he couldn’t replace it for some reason because I ordered online. I reached out to Subway for a refund and still haven’t heard back. Today I ordered again specifically to try the new bread being advertised and when I got there the lady said “Oh we don’t sell much of it so we didn’t have any and I gave you white bread instead”. I told her I thought they were supposed to call if they have to alter an order so they can at least give you an option at the replacement and she looked at me and shrugged.
