Abrams Bar-B-Q & Seafood — Restaurant in Pinetops

So me and alone of my sons were coming back out of state. And we saw a billboard for Abraham's. It said seafood and soul food so I was already intrigued. Almost salivating. So I put the address in GPS and we were on our way. So when we pulled up. It had a line in drive through. Ok.... then there was aline inside. Ok. And mixed races were inside as well. And that is always a good sign of goid food. Now if a hood spot or hole in the wall spot is not your cup of tea.. this place in appearance could deter you. But give it a chance. So when we went in and ordered.. I was a little apprehensive.. then had stuff made to order. I though maybe it would he dry. And I did t want to wait.. to order something else. So I ordered off the line. Let me tell you. Fire!!!!!. I had their chicken and porch ops and yams and potota salad.. 🔥!!!!! I was impressed for sure. The atmosphere was nothing to brag about at all. And the sweet tea.. did not hit the spot..but I am assuming lemonade is the thing because that was empty. And they are also know for cheese biscuits. But unfortunately they onky serve for breakfast. So I gotta go back for that for sure. But yeah they get the Sickle and ebert 2...

Grew up in Pinetops in the 80's but rarely at a Abrams. I have a high school friend on facebook who kept talking about the cheese biscuit. So today driving from Durham NC I finally went there just for the cheese biscuit and they were out. It is only a breakfast item (so go early to get them). Another gentleman was from Wilson NC wanting them and tried to order just before me and was told they were out.. Then Great customer service took place. The gentleman working the drive though said we can make you one if I was willing to wait. So they made me two and the other gentleman two. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. It had more cheese than I could have imagine. Man that cheese biscuit was great but what was even better the customer service. It was wonderful that they would make one just for me. Every time I go and see my dad in Pinetops I will call ahead and have them save me some to assure they don't run out before I get there. Oh the BBQ Sandwich and Pineapple cake was good also. From one business to another I pray that my staff show over and beyond service...

Abrams is a GOOD SOUL food restaurant! It may be owned & operated by yt people, but the food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS¡! I wish that they still had their restaurant in Greenville, NC! I knew from going there for years that, that particular location had many issues(no fault of Abrams). That location dealt with many gas leaks, sewer issues, etc... They could never catch a break with that location! If the city and their landlord would FIX the issues, they knew that the Dept of Health would shut them down¡! The food at Abrams is SOO MUCH BETTER THAN Parkers & sad to say Smithfield & Moore's BBQ¡! And their drive-thru in Greenville was always long, but they had your order quickly, so it moved along with some grace!! I am already thinking about going back to Pine Tops, NC JUST to get some more of that GOOD OLE food¡! Abrams is one "fast food" restaurant that I will travel 30 minutes one way just to get food¡! ABRAMS IS ONE RESTAURANT THAT SHOULD BE ON YOUR BUCKET LIST IF YOU...
