The only reason I’m giving a one star is because there’s not a zero. My order with Domino’s Pizza in Pineville Louisiana is never right. Never again will I spend my money at Domino’s Pizza in Pineville and here’s why… i’ve had more than one negative experience with his dominoes. This Domino’s does not care ,nor does it appreciate its customers.Management is responsible for creating a positive experience for their customers with proper training. What I wanna know is where do they get their managers and who trained them. This place is a joke. For one they never send everything that I order. One of my negative experiences with dominoes was a few months ago I ordered a cinnamon twist with my order which I do every time I order Domino’s. Instead of getting icing I got baked apple dip. Where did this come from? So, I called and asked him to come pick up the baked apple dip and bring the icing along with the extra icing that I ordered. The manager got on the phone and screamed at me, told me I was lying, that I ordered the apple dip and hung up in my face. The interaction I had with this manager was bizarre. He was extremely defensive and rude. My most recent experience was last night .I ordered a pizza and a cinnamon bread twist. When my food arrived the pizza was so cold it felt like it just came out of the freezer. I called to talk to the manager and asked the manager to send the driver back and which he replied no problem we will redo your order and have it on the way. I waited for an hour no phone call no one came. So, I called Domino’s back and the manager replied, we can’t redo your order because it came out of the oven and went straight to you. 1st visit: I placed an order online, went to the store to pick it up, paid with a (personal check), and the gentleman who did the transaction completed it while a toddler ran around the kitchen area, however I was tired after working 12 hours, so I just over looked it.
2nd visit: placed my order online after working 12 hours, and went to the store to pick it up, and I was told that the store didn't accept personal checks. I explained that I had just purchased pizza two weeks prior with a personal check, the same guy who had the toddler was rude, so I canceled the order.
3rd visit: I called my order in on the phone, and the lady asked was I paying over the phone or in person, and I told her in person. I get to the store and I had a $100 bill, and they tell me that they can't accept $100 bills. I asked the lady why wasn't this explained over the phone "just in case". I told them that I understand if it was delivery, then they can't accept those bills, but this is pick-up, and they advised me to go to get change or next time come with a smaller bill.
UPDATE! 2/21/22 after my experience from Dominos, they contacted my , and made the situation better. I really didn't expect to hear from anyone, but they followed up on my concerns. I am truly glad, because I love the food, and I have been going to this store since I was a kid. Thanks for...

I don't care whether it's fashionable, this IS an English speaking country... The Constitution is drafted in English. Nuff said.... Now given that, speaking to someone who not only doesn't primarily speak in English but also does not think in English..., it's not great....
I attempted to call in an order, I had to spell my address... Ordered several items... After over an hour, I called back in, and the automated line said that order had been completed & picked up... Well I was in another parish at the time, so I know it wasn't me... Then the call was patched through to the local store...where it should have gone in the first place...
The employees said well that was a pickup order... Well I guess as far as they were concerned, it was.... Nevertheless they still gave the right order to the wrong person...
