Granny's Kitchen — Restaurant in Pittsburg

So I stopped by because I missed the re-reopening of Granny’s Kitchen on Aug.1st and I am sooo glad that I did the atmosphere was inviting and I felt like I was apart of the family right when i was greeted at the door by the father ,mother and, beautiful daughter !!!!! I was willing to try anything so I settled on “chef’s choice”, which was an amazing crispy chicken fried steak that packed enough seasoning to give your tastebuds a high that will definitely have you coming back for more, followed by the creamiest of mashed potatoes and gravy, and OHHHHH MY LAND !!!! The BEANS!!!!! The BEANS!!!! That’s all I’m gonna say and the Texas toast of course was buttered to perfection , For all the Tea lovers out there this Tea was definitely the best combination to wash down such an amazing homemade dinner it reminded me of my grandmother’s sun brewed Tea a great memory unlocked !!! Thank you Granny’s Kitchen, Overall I give this homemade dinner a 10 out of 10 !!!! Thank you so much for my dinner I will definitely be stopping by with the whole family...

First time eating at this place and wished I had come out here two years ago when they opened!! Talk about just good regular cooking. Had the BBQ sandwich with chips offered today. It was awesome! They have a Facebook page and lists their weekly lunch specials as well as the menu items available. While we were sitting in our booth enjoying the after eating glow of a really great sandwich (my husband loved the bark in it, I loved the sauce), we were checked on by the owners asking if we needed any more drink. They stayed and visited with us for a few minutes. We will definitely be back...

This place is absolutely adorable! And the owner is as sweet and friendly as can be. We got bacon cheeseburgers, fries, and homemade chocolate cake. These burgers are SO GOOD!! They are hand patties made with fresh meat, none of that frozen stuff. The meat is perfectly seasoned, and the veggies are fresh.

The fries are also perfectly hand cut from fresh potatoes. I enjoy ranch with my fries and they also have the best homemade ranch.
