Riviera Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

So i order from here prob 3 times a week. Thier food is for the most part great never had a prob until the last 3 times i ordered every time of the last 3 times my order has been incorrect .First time i ordered med well bacon cheese burger with extra pickles and fries. Didn't get no fries or no pickles. Next time i ordered steak salad extra meat extra cheese add crispy chicken add bacon no spinach no mushrooms 3 extra side of ranch. They sent me a salad with mushrooms very little meat of either kind short one ranch no bacon heavy mushrooms. This one i called to complain about which they somewhat fixed by sending new salad still short ranch still had mushrooms. Today i ordered whole ranchero steak extra ranch no mushrooms and 6 mild wings. So they chargwd me for two ranches amd didnt include any with my wings which it usually comes with a side dip. So they charged me for 2 ranch cups amd stated on my receipt i wanten no ranch with my wings (which i never said nfact i asked for one extra side of ranch and they sent me two whi h they charged me for each one. Anyhow i ordered the ranchero steak and they sent me a steak meaning no fries no ranch less meat with mushrooms. I HATE MUSHROOMS THEY LITERALLY MAKE ME SICK TO MY STOMACHE! LITERALLY!!!!!!! Anyhow i had to throw the whole hoagie out because i couldnt eat it after mushrooms been on it. Im usually very happy with this place but after the last 3 times i will NEVER order from here again and i will never reccomend them to anyone again. For the third time my money has went down the drain. I will tell you lillens on east ohio has amazing food as long as billo is cooking even though delivery takes two hours atleast my order is correct. Hope management at riviera can get it together or thier bussiness may be in jeopardy. Sorry from now on my 3-5 times weekly business will go somewhwre else. I would never, EVER recommend this place! From the manager to the delivery driver they are beyond rude and delusional. The first time I spoke to the driver he yelled "I'm here! I'm here. Come out!" in a very aggressive manner over and over again. When I tried to explain how he was delivering to a place of business and asked which entrance he was at, he continuously shouted “I’m here! Okay, I’m here!” When he finally came inside he continued to be aggressive and belittling. I’m pretty sure he did not like that a female was standing up for herself and calmly giving him a piece of my mind. When I called to complain, the manager said he was well aware o f the issue with the driver and that he is “a douche” but that drivers are hard to come by because no one wants to work and he needs his food delivered. He stated he believed it was probably a “language barrier”, which I also believed, however that does not justify rude and aggressive behavior. I was calm and clear with my communication, all the driver had to say was something along the lines of “I don’t understand.” Language barriers have nothing to do with poor manners and Chauvinism. The manager suggested next time I should “call the police”. When I asked for a refund because of the driver’s lack of customer service and outburst in a place of business, he told me flat out “No ,I cant do that.” I then responded, “So next time I should walk away with the food , not pay for it and call the cops?” His response, “yes” …How absurd! This establishment is extremely overpriced. Even for the overpricing of their food products their pizzasare on the average scale they are absolutely nothing to brag about whatsoever. You could honestly find better pizza at the hog's Head bar. But when I would love to say about Riviera is there Italian subs in their antipasto salad nobody can compare to them whatsoever. They are absolutely out of this worldthe hospitality in the quickness of delivery is fair and like I said their Pizza is nothing to brag about its average it ain't that great you can get better pizza at Ron's Pizza to be honest with you but they're Italian subsand there in a pasta salad is absolutely one hundred percent out of this world and is worth spending the money.but like I said they're very very extremely overpriced to be honest with you you can find a lot better food underpriced that another establishment other than their Italian hoagies and they're in a pasta salad if you don't mind spending the money is worth spending the money other than that they're extremely overpriced and it's not really worth f** spending the money onit's just an average pizza place that you can find a better deal and a better taste at Ron's...
