Food is pretty well always very good. Service is usually very good, though sometimes you get a server who is less than attentive and you wait a longer time for a refill than you really should. That isn't normal in my experience, however. The atmosphere is ok but it can be very loud and hard to hear your companions. It's an old building that echoes, which makes it worse especially if the air conditioner is running, but the music can be too loud sometimes which only encourage people to practically shout at each other to try and be heard. Great Mexican food in a small town. Compares favorably with the Mexican food I find in most places around San Francisco Bay and the prices are much more favorable.
