You would think for someone who works in the service industry, they would have the skills to treat customers with professional respect, acknowledgment and understanding. Last night 12/17/22 at approx. 9pm we had an employee who took our order, who from the start was short and cutting you off as you tried to think of what everyone wanted for a late dinner after driving 3 hours. Pulling up to the window the same lady who took our order opened the window with not even a smile on her face and a look of discontent- handed us our food and closed the window again with a short you’re welcome after nicely saying thank you. I had my friend try her fries before we left because we all know that they could be sitting there for hours (the amount of money being charged at McDonald’s nowadays is outrageous) anyways they were cold and stale. We politely waited and the same lady came to the window and we asked for new fries stating they were cold. She proceeded to roll her eyes pulling them out of my hand. She said to another employee “they say it’s cold” with a sarcastic tone. As she came to the window and told us to pull forward, I asked her why she was being short and had an attitude with us. She said I’m not and just pull forward, then slammed the window closed, shaking her head. I ask you grinchy Karen why you treat your customers like this when all we wanted were fresh fries and rightfully so. Ps. The burger was cold and the bun was hard and cold mind you, but this is again why we don’t do fast food/ get another job people where you don’t have to serve the community....
Read moreDON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION Was near the end of a 10 hour drive, having driven through the night for a family emergency, and pulled into this location to get some breakfast at around 7:30 am on December 13th. The drive through teller refused to sell a value meal listed on the menu. She insisted time and again there was "No value meal for that sandwich" when I was looking right at it on the menu. She was argumentative and insisted at trying to charge separately for each item in the meal. This is absurdly unethical conduct prohibited by Massachusetts law. Save your money folks and go someplace reputable. Get these crooked franchises out of Pittsfield.
UPDATE 5-30-2024 Here it it over 4 years later, I stop and order two bacon double cheeseburgers on my way home. I get home and there is no bacon on the burgers. Try to call restaurant and get answering machine. Try to call corporate 800 number on receipt and get answering machine. And McDonald's wonders why they are losing customer - McDonald's owes me two bacon cheeseburger I will likely never see. I will never go to this or any other McDonald's again! She was rude and threatening!...same thing over and over....I frequently this place but the same girl constantly makes you repeat yourself through the drive thru.....today after repeating times...I got to pay window.(guy).." is your order" ..no I didn't order that I ordered ..." ok he checked....I paid..drove off...look in bag WRONG order and he knew it....I go inside to manager (same girl same place....she grabbed my order and left...came back and said mistakes are made...I said that wasn't a mistake an apology would be nice...she said "I'm sorry now leave" In a very threatening manner..I stopped and looked and a cooked yelled at me "leave" ...really...all I wanted was food and I get threatened because trailer park girl sucks.....Ii can see how these rude workers cuase violent...
