BC Pizza of Belmont — Restaurant in Plainfield Charter Township

Honestly not sure what is up with these folks.

So ordered the square pizza. The last time I ordered they didn't have it? How do you not have it, I mean is the pizza crust made somewhere else? But okay.

BC called tonight. Seems they don't have the square size I ordered online. Kind of weird since it I ordered it from their website so it clearly wasn't my own invention.

Anyway they call and say they only have the larger size and would have to charge the card. Okay no problem, I mean so what, right?

Then another call. They don't have that.

So I cancel the order which seems confusing. But, seriously, maybe have your act together on your website so whatever you don't have does not appear online and have whatever it is you sell, you know, well available.

As a side note a while back made the mistake of ordering a cannoli. YUCK. Cannoli is not a shell filled with icing people.

So the owner calls from his cell phone.

frankly I don't care for his excuse making and blaming staff. The young man who called was very polite both times. He was in a tough spot.

The owner ought to consider his conduct in the sense it is far more helpful to gather information rather than talking at people. More than once I had to force my way into the discussion.

As HE IS TALKING AT ME I am checking their Health Department Inspection Reports. Seems they have work to do.

I do not care for this guy putting it on his people. When I screw up for my customers I take ownership and then I fix it. This is what serious owners do. They do not blame the kids doing their best who clearly are not supported when one is mainly...

We loved the lunch buffet and went regularly, however this week might have been the last time. Things have changed dramatically. It looked like a new person (he seemed to be the manager) was working and I suspect that is why. The previous guy that was always there kept up with keeping the buffet completely stocked. He was a very hard worker. Now it's ridiculous! More than once there was no pizza on the buffet. People were waiting for food and when he did bring out more it was only 1 or 2 pizzas. Of course it was immediately swarmed and was gone again in no time. The cinnamon sticks pan was empty the entire time. He never made more. The salad bar section was just as bad. Everything was low and they even ran completely out of lettuce. The table was dirty when we arrived. We had to clean it before we sat down. That has never been the case before. The only reason I didn't give 1 star for the service is because the girl that works there seemed to be working very hard to make up for his lack of urgency. Very...

I’ll start by saying BEST pizza in town. I gave 4 stars because I didn’t want to hurt the business, but the service we received was terrible! The girl with short red hair was very helpful. She cashed us out and was very friendly. However, when we ran back inside after receiving our pizza because they forgot our extra sauce, we came up to the counter and politely asked for a small container of sauce and the two younger blonde girls working looked at me and COMPLETELY ignored me and continued making their pizzas. I tried getting their attention again by saying “Excuse me, could we please get the extra side of sauce we ordered?” And they looked up, said something to each other, and continued working. It wasn’t until 3 minutes later that the red haired girl came over and helped us out. The other girls never even acknowledged me I couldn’t believe it.
