Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plainfield

It’s always something wrong with these coffees . If I wasn’t home in maternity leave I’d still be driving an hour to work & getting my coffees made out that way, BUUT I like an ice coffee still while being home . Had to repeat my coffee order 5 times at the speaker (Large Iced pumpkin 2 pumps French vanilla 2 cream regular sugar) to which I got (how much mocha?) NONE . (that was a medium iced?) no a large . Get to the window & it’s not at all what I wanted, coffee had only Pumpkin & zero cream even the label said pumpkin only & was labeled with only sugar & 1lemon . I asked the woman at the window if it can be made the way I ordered it (especially after repeating it so many times) to which she had no problem doing, & it was still not made right …. Had to drive to central village to have it made AGAIN. So many times my sugar isn’t melted, or I have almost no ice in my ICED coffee .. I worked at Dunkins for years so I assumed it was new staffing so I give them another chance again & again to be let...

They don't make what you buy how it's supposed to be mad I got the black pepper b.e.c.which comes with extra bacon and they only put a peice of bacon on it ..its a rip off and false advertising..just make what we pay for .........update I went and got the maple bacon sandwich with 1 piece bacon on it and they still dont know how to make a iced latte for what the charge you this is a complete rip off I'd advise anyone going here to just stop and go to the central village dunkin .I dont understand how the management and owner allows this place to be...

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I truly understand customer service and get the frustration, but they forgot about my order. And then when I mentioned it to them, I saw her make my Maple Bacon sandwich and she put like a speck of bacon on my sandwich. When I go to others dunkin’s they’re not afraid to put the bacon on.
