SummerHouse Sourdough — Restaurant in Plainfield

I had no clue what good sour dough tasted like until I tried Summer’s fresh made bread. She is a very kind and knowledgeable person, especially in regard to all things sour dough. Her story is heartwarming. She grew up in Lithuania and her favorite memory as a kid was picking up bread.

I also tried her sourdough chocolate chip cookies & they blew me away. Healthy cookies - what??
