McDonald's — Restaurant in Plains Township

Great service. The food is okay, but its always been that way. My order was correct but it is what it is with fast food. It's an easy meal but not the best food ever. Their McNuggets are amazing thought but I wish they'd give more sauces. If you order a 10 piece they give you 2 sauce unless you ask, 20 piece they give you 3 unless you ask and a 40 piece they give you. Now I dont know about anyone else, but for any of those sizes, that is enough sauce me. The workers wonderful because if you ask for an extra sauce or even an extra two or three sauces and the manager isn't around they will give them to you for nothing even though they're not supposed to without charging you I believe it's 25 cents a sauce and they will give you two or three if you ask without charging you. Now if the manager is there they have to charge you for the sauce and that is not on them but I just find it ridiculous that you are being charged for extra sauce. It's not the fact that it's only a couple of cents more per sauce it's about the fact that they don't give you enough sauce in the first place and there's really no reason to charge for it especially if you're only getting one or two. I could see if you ask for six of them and that's why they would have to charge you but 9 times out of 10 that is not the case. And I do not blame the...

Worst McDonald’s ever. They are hurting the brand. Thought maybe after the renovation last summer they’d get it right. Let’s run it down: old food, cold food, dehydrated food, old fries, cold fries, watery drinks, there’s not a soul to the meals dropped in your car by this pit. Every order except 1 in the last month is missing: food, fries, sauces, ketchup, straws, napkins. The only thing this place does mostly correct is charge you money. But this place is garbage and their management should become barbers. At least they stand on their feet too.

Update: I’ve upgraded to 2 stars. There’s been a slow, steady improvement in coordination and service delivery. The food is still old if you don’t go at the right time, but they’re including all of the items more often. Ordering the burger bundle thingy...

Update 20 Nov 2021 This location had been closed for a few months. They did a total rebuild from the ground up. I never did find out why. I do not like the new build at all. Front order counter and pickup window is very cramped, not at all good considering that we are still in a pandemic. There is no self serve ice tea, only soda, which I don't drink anymore.

Pandemic Update: This location usually has the counter open for take out, so I don't have to waste fuel idling in a drive through queue.
