Valentino's Pizzeria & Trattoria — Restaurant in Plainsboro Township

This place is absolutely GARBAGE. This is not a “trattoria” this is a knock off pizza shop run by rude and disrespectful illegals. My food was an hour and a half late. When I called to ask what the status was the man who answered was rude and hung up on me. Then my food was ICE COLD. And the delivery driver made a comment when I didn’t give him a tip...... A TIP?!? One and a half hours late on delivery warrants ZERO TIP and I should have gotten my food for free. When I called to tell them my food was cold I was met with the ignorant response of “I’ll come take it back but you already paid for it.”

Now to the taste. Order chicken nuggets- they are literally the dollar store Dinosaurs that you buy when times are tough and they charge $6 for 6 of them.

My breadsticks were ROCK HARD and flavorless Mozzarella stick- soggy and cold Baked ziti- I had better meals at my college dining hall

Oh and they didn’t even give me utensils to eat with.

Gave it 3 tries ordering 3 different pizzas (eggplant parm, cheese steak and meatball/onion). All tasted the same….bland, doughy and plain. I honestly could not have been able to tell them apart eating one slice of each blindfolded 😕. Also for the sake of something sweet I ordered a chocolate cake (I know, I know it’s a pizzeria, should not have high expectations) but based on the “stock” picture I was expecting a 3 layer cake - received a somewhat still moist in the middle bundt cake 🤷🏻‍♀️ Nothing like the picture. Worst chicken Marsala I have ever had. The portion was very small. My meal was a JOKE! no sauce what so ever in my chicken Marsala. The pasta was horribly over cooked.
