So disappointed in my experience here. After moving here several months ago, we gave them a shot and found the food to be good at a reasonable price. Last month, my husband ordered an egg and pepper wrap, and received steak. As a vegetarian, he was of course not thrilled. We did call and let them know, and they were very apologetic, saying how they couldn’t believe it happened. Mistakes happen, so of course we did not write them off, but obviously our dinner was ruined for the evening.

Not longer after, we went back. We had called and placed an order for pickup. When we got there, half our order had been given away to someone else. They had us wait while they remade the food (20 minutes). My husbands food got cold in the mean time, and another dinner was ruined. All that was offered was a half hearted apology.

Last week, we gave them one more chance. Again, we had a steak/egg mix up. Another meal ruined. We called and asked that the charge be reversed, as we were not interested in a replacement meal. Today, I see they refunded us 10 dollars of a 30 dollar bill. Is that wrong? No. Do I think it’s in poor taste to nickel and dime a customer who has had several bad experiences? Absolutely.

After three strikes, I can say confidently that I will not be back. Too many options in the area to mess around with a business who clearly does not value...

This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering from them! Food is always fresh & tasty! However this time after the delivery driver left I received a phone call from him stating "I see you didn't leave a tip on your receipt. This is my livelihood & I need a tip. Please call me back." I am appalled and this seriously has me debating if I will ever order there again! I have always left a tip normally but unfortunately cannot this week due to back to school supplies, bills, 3 kids and I have been out of work since March due to Covid! I felt bad enough from the get go that I wasn't able to tip but to then receive that phone call from delivery driver Anthony was enough to send me into tears! I understand its what delivery drivers rely on but he never once thought about my situation and maybe that feeding my 3 kids was the last of my $ for the week...

Simply fantastic grinders here. Generous fillings in perfect proportions, the sandwiches always nail it flavor. PHOP has been making my favorite Chicken Parm for quite some time - a savory & lightly garlicky sauce, melty cheese that leaves long strings between the sub and your mouth and perfectly juicy white chicken with just enough crunch to stand up to the sauce. Crazy good.

I have to tip my hat to the Turkey Subs here too. Most places deliver a bland, dry product when it comes to turkey sandwiches. Plainville puts out such a tasty version you'll forget you were trying out crazy ideas like watching your sodium intake or eating healthy.
