Every time I try their donut holes, I always want to come back for more. As a family owned business, Parks Donuts goes over and beyond to provided the freshest donuts in the area. Don't listen to the other reviews that are using false claims against the lovely owners. They don't under how to run a business and only care about their own selfish demands on the pricing. Comparing from other small donut shops, Parks Donuts have the best price taking account of their freshness, service, and taste! My favorite are the chocolate donut holes and I've seen their sausage rolls sell out as well. I recently picked up donuts here for breakfast on my husband’s birthday. It happened to be on the way to a dr appointment, otherwise I probably wouldn’t have stopped here since, from the outside, it looks like all of the other donut shops around Plano. However, I am so glad I did - the donuts were fantastic! We ordered cinnamon rolls, a cronut, sausage rolls, and donut holes and all were amazing. OVERCHARGED Worst experience ever: When asked for receipt, the cashier gave me the bottom part of it and throw the upper part immediately in the bin, thats when i got suspicious and asked her for a full bill, she started attacking words on me multiple times related my me and my country, etc. As i kept on asking only about the receipt i paid for, she kept hesitating to talk about it.
