I'm not sure what it is with McDonald's. I used to work in fast food years and years ago. I worked at a McDonald's. I worked at a Sonic. At both locations we had these reference cards that explain how to make what the customer order. That explain how much portions you would put in the order. There's this weird thing at McDonald's where you have your clueless McDonald workers and you have McDonald workers who have been trained how to make the iced coffee at McDonald's Yes you could easily go home and make an iced coffee by just putting ice and coffee in the cup If I wanted to do that I could do that. Which now I will do that. I've been to this McDonald's and they've made the thing correctly in the past. But it's not this McDonald's fault. This is an issue in many states. Either they are very insistent that you put caramel or vanilla. If not that then they're dumbfounded because they have no idea how to use the reference card. Then you have those that have been working there for years and they know exactly what it is that you're ordering. Which is on the menu it's not like it's on secret menu it's actually there on the menu. Today was the first time I was told well it's in the bag it's in the bag it's in the bag it's in the bag. I didn't order a coffee to make myself. I ordered a coffee that should have been made at McDonald's. I don't know what's complicated about that. You have a reference card you've been trained to work here do your job. If you don't know what you're doing ask questions. I even provided the answers but then I was still told it's in the bag... You think next time they're just going to give me the soda mixture and some water and tell me it's in the bag đĄ hey here's a cow kill it yourself and make the burger yourself... No if I want to do those things then I do those things at home. If I'm out and about and I want a coffee like for instance if I go to Starbucks they don't separate my drink and say it's in the bag for me to mix it. They actually make the drink that I ordered that was on the menu. Similarly that's what I expect when I go to a McDonald's. Again if you can't make the order then don't make the order communicate that order with your manager your lead or whoever it might be and ask how to make the order. Reference your...

So, after a few min I proceeded with my order. Had to repeat myself 3x and asked her to start over bc of order inaccuracies on the screen. đMy order: #8 w/ Diet Coke (10pc) 1 sm caramel frappe (no whip) 2 mcchickens ($1 menu) 1 sm fry ($1 menu) For some reason, she could not get the value meal (#8) correctly. She seemed to be new, bc several corrections had to be made by someone else (which also took time when I got to the window to pay). After paying, I went to last window; was handed the sm caramel frappe (WITH whip cream, which I asked for NO whip, but I didn't care at that point), then, was asked to pull forward to wait even longer. Before pulling forward, I asked about how long it'd be, they said about 3 min bc the chicken had to be cooked đ¤. By this time, I'd spent 15 min in the drive thru. So, ok, I pull up and wait... after about 6 min, someone brought a small bag to me WRONG ORDER. Wait another 5 min, still nothing, so I go inside... And wait. 2-3 more min pass before I finally get my order. Food was hot and good, but it put me 15 min late for picking my daughter up from gymnastics. Never had this problem...
The reason they are getting a two is because when i order at the drivethru i always say i want the sandwich hot and the fries and when i get the food i test it before i drive off and when i say its not hot most times they will say we will drop you some, well recently there was this new young lady manager who gave me the evil look when i said the fries were'nt hot,i said never mind and drove off because you don't know if people will do something to your food.I am a older woman and fast food is not appealing to me if its not hot,and Mcdonalds owners and managers if someone wants their sandwich made fresh do not drop the fries until the sandwich is almost done.I am always nice about the situation not trying to be difficult but i want a good product for my money.Do not get upset just make again if the customer is not satisfied and everyone wins. Also i know most of Mcdonalds food is premade and some people do not want food that has been sitting...
