Stockman's Pizza — Restaurant in Plum

Exreamly disappointed in this place now. For several years my husband and I always bought our streak hoagies from here after his parents turned us on to them. They were one of the best I've ever had and they were made exactly the same way for 4 years. That's until about 5 mths ago. We ordered what was to be our usual, but upon opening them to eat at home (take out only) we saw they have changed the bread from two 6 inch hoagie buns wrapped up per order to using 2 5 inch carved pieces of what looks to be the bread you use to make home made garlic bread! It's clearly not ment for hoagies, it gets so hard and crunchy you can't even eat it, it's so hard and dried out it just flakes away (not in a good flaking way either) they changed the Italian dressing they used on it and the side packets now also they send with it. It's not good either. If you can deal with the bread issue just order it without dressing and use your own from home. I was charged the same price also for 4 years for the same order every time I went there. Suddenly this past year the price now depends on who is working, despite the order never changing. I even took in the corrected receipt from the owner that she made so I would be charged correctly, but was still charged whatever that particular employee working wanted to charge. It's such a shame to lose a place I loved and depended on for so long, but I'm not paying for garbage I no longer like after all...

Very rude delivery driver/manager. Story in a nutshell: Their parking lot is very hard to get out of because of it being on a main road. Pulling out is very dangerous especially if you have to back out. The manager of the place who is also a delivery driver pulled next to me and blocked the road way that goes around the place (which I’ve always used). it makes it easier to pull out when you leave. I asked if he would move his car and he refused because he said that’s where he always parks and that’s “his”parking spot. I told him it’s hard to back out on the main road and he still refused to move and he walked away from me. I called back about five minutes later and asked to speak to a manager. I did not know at that time that the manager was also the delivery driver who I just dealt with. I Explained my dissatisfaction again hoping for some sort of apology because I like the place, but he basically told me to blow smoke. I told him he just lost a faithful customer and his reply was “OK great have a nice day” And he hung up on me.
