Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Plumcreek Township

I get delivery most of the time. Tip well. I asked for delivery today and was told they might not because of the roads.....i live along side of a highway. Literally turn onto the highway from my driveway. Roads r fine....completely clear! And the lady said she would need to talk to their delivery driver....I'm beyond pissed. I told her forget it and hung up. I will no longer give them my business and deter anyone who wants to order from the shelocta location!!!! I will give my business to kittanning location!!!! Plus the kittanning location offers coupons online...

I didn’t think Fox’s could get worse yet here we are. Part of the order was forgotten and we sat on hold for 30 minutes over the course of three phone calls. “Fox’s pizza, hold please”, and never returning to the line.
