This place is a revolving door of employees and it goes to show why. The fact you pay what you do for a simple drink for it to be wrong, then when you tell the employee "this doesn't have what is clearly on the ticket" and their response is "it does have it", is mind blowing. I've ordered the same thing for months I know how it's supposed to be. When there should be mocha and 2 pumps of espresso and your frozen coffee is almost the same color as milk, you made it wrong(example in picture). This place constantly makes things wrong and has since I've moved to the area. I try to do the convenient thing for myself by going here, but it's just not worth it anymore. I'll go out of my way to drive further to a new location. Get someone who can train people properly and run a store the way it should. Stop just hiring bodies to fill spots.

I use to order hoagies all the time years ago in the Alburtis, PA area. When I heard there was a Wawa out this way when I was in the area, I had to stop. I ordered an Italian hoagie with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. It was delicious.

MOLD IN SODA MACHINE I got a complementary massive chunk of black mold in my drink the other day. Larger than a quarter. Specs of mold throughout the ice as well. Vile.

On 5/30/25 I made a purchase at the deli kiosk for a sandwich. I also purchased various items including multiple cans of energy drinks and a coffee making my total $31 or $33 dollars BTW it was my 2nd trip to wawa this day. My hands were full. When the boy called out my number. I asked for a bag. The boy looked panicked, he turned to the girl next to him and asked in a shaky voice, can i give him a bag? She said no, we only give bags for soups and salads. Which is not true, they give bags for deliveries and also catering orders. So some lazy person sitting at home getting his sandwich delivered by a third-party gets a bag, but a customer that actually makes the trip to the store basically gets told, go F yourself if you ask for a bag. I called corporate to see if they were following policy or just being selective on who they treat with decency and respect. This has never been an issue at any other wawa. According to corporate, it depends on the store manager it's up to their discretion. Maybe it's just me, but I would think that this being a store that mostly services townspeople due to it's location, this would be the last store to stiff a customer. That larger wawa on the corner of rt528 and rt539 would have put this store out of business it wasn't for us townspeople supporting it. If this is the store managers decision to not take care of his or her customers over a 2cent bag, you should be ashamed of yourself. It just goes to show how little they think of their customers and how cheap they are. I personally would be embarrassed if I was the general manager of that location knowing i have entrusted someone to run a store and this is how they are treating good customers or maybe the general manager approves of this type of treatment. I probably was the only one all day that asked for a bag so I didn't have to stick my sandwich under my arm/armpit, rather with a bag I could have just hung the bag off my finger. Unless this is just a sneaky way to make you buy their overpriced bags that don't last one trip through the washing machine. Any restaurant, deli, fast food chain any place that prepares food on the spot for takeout uses bags. They care about their customers, what is their a bonus if you use under a certain amount of bags? You are legally allowed to use bags for the sale of prepared food for takeout in NJ. For some reason this really hit a sore spot with me. Us customers deserve to be respected for being good customers. I am not even close to done with this. I will find the CEO's home address and hand write him a certified letter. Nothing makes a CEO happier, than being bothered at home. So he personally knows what his store manager is doing and what the general manager is allowing or is in on. I will not be disrespected, nor will I allow any other customer to be treated this way in my town. We are good, honest hard working people in this town. Even the competition, you know the one with two numbers in it's name will give you a paper bag on a regular purchase and wawa is making way more profits than that competitor. CEO's are usually surrounded by yes men and usually have no clue that customers are unhappy with certain things going on in their company. That's why you contact them at home. I only did this one other time in my life and it was more than effective. BTW store manager and general manager, while you guys are busy working. I am retired, I have alllllllll day to send out certified letters and emails. You can't keep up with me, but good...

Poor customer service (PCS). I needed to use the bathroom and the attendant behind the counter said "We don't have a bathroom." This is not to say that the attendant is a bad person, as I believe he was doing exactly as he was instructed/taught by his leadership at that location.

My problem with the statement "WE DON'T HAVE A BATHROOM" is very simple - they serve food!!! I am certain the HEALTH DEPARTMENT would have a field day with this location. By the way, where do the employees of this location use the bathroom, more importantly where do they wash their hands in order to prepare food items???

The WAWA District Manager should visit this location in COGNITO to experience what I've said. I understand that I don't live in the fine community, but I would not want to live in an area which will-not allow access to a bathroom. If you cant grant access, at least say why. Yes I would leave angry but at least I've been given a reason.

Moving forward I will make every attempt to AVOID any WAWA in my future travels and certainly recommend my friends to avoid these stores. If you you've read this far, be aware - you may be told to go away because: "they don't have a bath-room!"

This goes far above PCS, but it raises to the level of I don't care about you. If you happen to be the WAWA public relations or media person, before you attempt to reply/comment. Conduct your own research, visit a location and attempt to "Ask to use the bathroom." or save yourself the trip and review any tapes you may have from locations. Somewhere in your organizations mission statement must be... "Grow the business by providing the most...." (I don't know what the mission statement is, but I suspect it something along that line. I could be totally wrong).

I don't know exactly why this one episode/visit has made me so sour on this organization. First impressions make lasting impressions.

By the way I went to the local Fast Food location down the road, they allowed me to use the bathroom and I wound up purchasing food for everyone in my car.

One star is the lowest one can go other-wise I would have given a negative 5.

Follow - Up, January 2023 - Nothing has changed, avoid...

Best wawa in the area! Staff is amazing and helpful! Managers are sweethearts and always take care of your needs with the highest respect given to you! I go in there and feel like family, that feeling from a wawa is amazing. Everyone there is an absolute doll! Not a single person in that store is rude!

I had an asthma attack in wawa one day and one of the workers kept making sure I was ok even though I said I was ok, she was worried and actually calmed me down as I felt like I was going to pass out! I wish I knew her name because that girl deserves a raise! I’m sure I’ll find out her name soon and let the managers know how grateful I was that she was there for me.

You won’t get treatment like this at any other wawa. Honestly this store needs to be remodeled to be bigger because it’s packed every time I go there! ❤️ This wawa and...
