Bruno’s Pizza Plymouth — Restaurant in Plymouth

We’ve ordered from Bruno’s multiple times and we’ve sadly experienced disappointment each time. A common issue is the food not being ready when they say it will and our order not being correct. The final straw was tonight, 11/15. I ordered pizza at 5:15 to be ready at 6:40. We picked up at 6:45, got into the car and drove down the road when we decided to check our order. We were given the wrong pizza and when my husband went inside to get our correct one, they told us it was given to someone else. We were told it would be a 10 minute wait for a new pizza. I understand that mistakes happen but each time we try to give them another chance (every couple of months), something is wrong. Friday night we ordered pizza for my husbands birthday and we were told it should be ready around 6:58 if i remember correctly. we got there a little after 7, our pizza still wasn’t ready and i didn’t leave there till almost 7:30. other people were sitting inside and looked like they had been there awhile as well. i’m not too familiar with who runs this store, but whoever was working they night looked like they didn’t know anything they was going on. they were losing orders, running around looking confused, and charging people for wrong items. and i’m pretty sure my husband got food poising from our pizza. the sausage was still pink on the inside and he ended up coming down with a fever, chills, nausea, and stomach cramps the last few days. i’m not sure if we will ever...

Don't order within the 7pm hour or their lazy workers will refuse the order. Ordered a simple pizza and garlic bread with cheese around 7:30pm. More than enough time to make the order. Did it via Uber eats. The order was canceled due to the crew not wanting to do their job!! You're open till 8pm. That means you serve customers until then. Not worth about your pre-close so your may backside can run out the door! We won't be ordering again and neither will anyone I know...
