Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Plymouth

Ordered online, gave a tip, got notified it was ready to pick up through the drive through window, went to pick it up, waited in line for 38 minutes! I asked why we were having to wait for other cars orders to be made because I heard her tell the driver in front of me that the one in front of her had something that wasn’t put in and that one of her pizzas hadn’t been put in either. I was a bit irritated already and then the worker at the window lied to me and told me that it was because there was only 1 person on the make table and only one on the cut table. This was as she was handing me my order within a minute of me pulling up to the window. I was getting a bit angry by this point. My order was ready. I asked her how long my order had been ready and she doubled down on the lie and told me maybe 5 minutes. This pizza has been sitting in the hotbox for at least half an hour and was super dried out! Went there with some friends last night and just like I thought,the food was sub par as well as the service, I ordered the chicken alfredo and cheesy breadsticks,the breadsticks were ok but I and a few of the people I was with had to repeatedly ask for our dinner,we were there for about an hour and it took them pretty much all that time to get our food out to us,just as we were leaving,not to mention that the place was disgusting inside,tables were just left dirty and they were out of like 3 different kinds of soda,I only went there because my friends were but you talk about complete ineptitude on a grand scale ? I paid at the drive up window and was told to pull forward because the order wasn't ready. I waited for over 20 minutes and then went inside. I spoke to the manager and I told her that since it wasn't ready that I wanted my money back. She then proceeded to keep telling me that it was ready. She continued to say that until it was ready. Then why hadn't someone brought it out to me?? Then after a few minutes she hands me the order and didn't even apologize.
