In plymouth Indiana, To start off with for a Tall Mocha Frappe is priced more than any other coffee shop, plus the girls have a tip jar, and they expect you to put a $1 or more in there when the drink went up.in price. This is at the Martins grocery store. Alot of clowning around. You wait forever to get your drink. And rude, very rude if you don't tip them. I realize the inflation, but if you don't get your prices at a reasonable rate, you're business will run down. I watched several people in line, that's been their before, going thru the same thing, they chg. You a $6 to a $7 drink, and I can go down the street and get a med. Drink for the same price, and made correctly. Their is no supervision w the girls in there. Half the time the drinks are made wrong. Usually, there is a wait since there's typically only 2 or 3 employees serving a line of people. I usually spend between 5-15 mins in Starbucks. A drive through would be nice, but its not "make or break." I personally preferred the old crew. They seemed to enjoy the job, and seemed more personable. I used to ask for their opinion on drinks since I'm always open for suggestions and like trying new things, and the old crew would help me out and suggest awesome stuff. I tried that with the new employees, and was just told "idk sure." Again, just personal preference. Just ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frapachino and recieved a normal Carmel one. Went back in and poinyed it out to them. The girl went oh well it would just have caramel sauce and whipped cream on the bottom, she acted like I was an idiot and didnt even offer to rrmake it with the whipped topping and caramel in the bottom.
