Revised again today, 10/19/2023. Tried coffee (with breakfast) and there was still no improvement... burnt flavor. Service was slow even with few diners. Coffee refills must have come out of the server's wages. Omlette tasted good even though the eggs were all fluffed up. And thankfully, they left out the cheese. Many resturant get it wrong. Total bill for 2 was $27. Revised again today 4/3/2023 and it stays at 1 star. Grilled chicken wrap with Ranch was like chicken jerky and no Ranch. Bill came to $35.xx for 3 of us, but I was charged $38.51, which I think was the credit card rate. I paid with 2-20s and 51 cents and received $2 change after checkout lady said "yea, it's $35." Revised today 10/22/2022 and it goes from 5 stars to 3 stars to 1 star for today. We were shown to a booth right away and given menus. That's when time stood still waiting for someone... anyone, to take our order or at least bring coffee. A group of 3-4 wait staff was at the back beverage area talking and having a good time. Several times we were glanced at by different wait staff and hostess, apparently with disdain. After a good 15 minutes we left, vowing to update previous reviews. We went to another breakfast place (mentioned later) and were amazed how fast our order was taken and delicious meals delivered. (The following is the 1st review, 5 stars) = I like the spacious dining area and they have enough help to adequately service it. Usually not crowded until we mentioned going there regularly for breakfast. Now it gets crowded after 9AM. I'm not a fan of "fluffy" omelets so I pick the big breakfast special with lots of meats. (2nd review, 3 stars) = Revisited this place this morning and was disappointed. I was not allowed to substitute toast for hash browns as I have before, eggs were barely warm (I think because the waitress and I had a loud discussion about substitutions) and she likely just left them sit after being cooked, then my eggs had a crust on them (see picture) then the whole meal took about twice as long to be served. I guess she showed me! Wife brings her own sugar because the few packets they have certainly isn't enough. There's another breakfast place in front of a shopping center nearby that has much...
Read moreThis place used to be the place to go. The last few visits have been the worst experience. Waited at least 5 minutes to be seated. Once seated 3 other tables came in for at total of 5 tables in the whole restaurant. God forbid that we could get drink refills. Had to ask for my soup after other tables received theirs, which they came in after us. Then when she brought food to table she had no idea who ordered what. Our food came out incorrectly and waitress never came around to stop to get corrected. Toast was not delivered until our meal was half eaten at which point we had to ask. Waitresses was rude like we were a bother to her and she always seemed to be hanging back in kitchen or at the bar which is in the dining area for all to see/watch her actions such as being on her phone taking selfies and ignoring customers. The most disturbing part was she was wearing earbuds when taking our order and the whole time she was on the floor. I’ve attempted to give your restaurant one more try but this was the last straw. Sorry sunrise you have been crossed off my list for future visits. Management needs to step up and get this restaurant under control. I have waitressed in my day and this type of service was and should never...
Read moreA place with pancakes in the name shouldn't have the worst pancakes in Plymouth. Our server was not good and knew it so she sent anothergirl to drove the check. Then when I was paying and dealing with informing the man of the issues who was taking my card to pay, she mouthed off and walked off. All the guy could say was sorry. She put her shirt in my food, so I didn't eat that part, they forgot the extra ingredient, they gave the wrong style potatoes and the waitress knew but served it and tried to get away with it anyway. Then had to take my food back to remove the wrong potatoes and bring me raw ones that she asked if I wanted cooked more. Obviously I don't want to eat raw potatoes, but then I got well well done potatoes. Yes I ate my terrible pancakes, but only because I was hungry and had to wait on my other food. My son took one bite of his pancakes, and didn't take another bite. Terrible cheap quilty overpriced food that when you express your opinion you get a sorry and terrible...
