The food quality is inconsistent and the service is almost always slow and unfriendly. The reasons for the food quality and service problems are manifold, including, but not limited, to the following variables:
Plymouth, NC is a small, rural town with a small talent pool from which to hire. Most employees are underprivileged minorities and products of the local school system, which is one of the worst in the State.
The pay starts at only $11.00 per hour, a clearly unlivable and some might say slave wage. The poor pay means only the most desperate, unqualified people will apply for the jobs.
Most of the employees were academic failures and never went to college or a trade school. Their failure to aspire to greater things is indicative of their values and worldviews. If they do not respect themselves they will be unlikely to respect their customers.
If Taco Bell employees at this location perform poorly and get fired, they have lost little. They can just jump to another, similarly poor paying, dead-end job.
Customers will frequently see new faces working at this Taco Bell. Turnover is high, morale (I assume) is low, and, using ratings as evidence, customer satisfaction is in doubt. In my opinion, most customers will be unhappy with their experience here.

Second, all staff member’s in this location are rude with the customers and do not have basic ethics. Third, which is really important TACO BELL started “Veggie Cravings” and I feel company should stop it. We have ordered Cheese Quesadilla for my kid. My kid started eating and complained to us saying there is something wrong with the quesadilla. When I checked the same, Taco Bell staff gave him the meat quesadilla. I have clearly stated while ordering all are veggie and still the staff gave meat. This is religious.
