KKatie's Express — Restaurant in Plympton

It was my 1st time there and will never go back. I waited for my 3 cheeseburgers and 2 fries for 20 minutes. Which is fine. But I walked out to my car and went through my bag and it was short 1 burger and fries were a little cold. So I told the cashier I was missing a cheeseburger and she took my bag and went through it and gave me a dirty look and said it will be right out. So I waited and she was talking to the other girl, and they were both looking at me mumbling and giving me dirty looks. While I was waiting I asked her could she switch out the fries because by now they are really cold from waiting for the burger they didn’t put in the bag. And she didn’t say anything but give me a dirty look with the other girl. Then made me new fries and by that time the cheeseburger was done. Then she just gave me the bag with a dirty look without saying anything. I asked her did I do something wrong? And am I supposed to say sorry? She walked away with a mean look and didn’t say anything. For the food the burgers are the same size as a McDonald’s regular cheeseburger. They charge $1 extra for bbq sauce!!! Wow. I had an awful experience ordering and receiving my food here and would never go back here again. When I went to order they had shut down online orders and I tried calling but it called the wrong location. When ordering finally came back online it took 20 minutes for it to be back and running. So I ordered a burger and shake and the total came out to be 18.79 which was a total ripoff after my experience there. When I went to pick it up there was a lady working who had no gloves or hairnet that had gotten ice cream in her hang and sucked and licked her fingers and hand dry and went to pack up my food without washing her hands either. My burger wasn’t cooked fully and was still really chewy and it was sort of raw so I couldn’t even eat the burger and the shake wasn’t the best either. I had the Fried Buffalo Chicken sandwich and my god, the deepfry was done to perfection. The flavor of the buffalo sauce and heat made me want to skip breathing between bites. Don't even get me started on the blue cheese dressing, I nearly bit a finger off trying to get it as it fell off the bun. Absolute perfection!!!

I ordereddthe Curley fries as a side and they were on point as well. This was all takeout, and the packaging to presentation screamed a pro made these.
