I was hesitant to go into the bakery after they opened because I am a baker myself and thought well, I’ll just make my own treats. Well, that was short lived and once I went in, I was hooked from the first visit! I don’t even do my own baking anymore, I call up Buttercream and let them take care of it. Everything I’ve had from the custards, concretes, cookies, cupcakes, candy, cheesecakes, etc., has been amazing. I’ve ordered from here for a few special occasions and everyone has RAVED about the goodies. I honestly don’t think I could pick a favorite for myself! The turtle cheesecake would be among the TOP PICK though! Do yourself a favor and just try it!♥️♥️ What I will say is my favorite, is the puppy cakes! Misti introduced me to these this summer when one of my Schnauzer‘s had fallen ill. I made a daily trip to Jonesboro to see him in the ICU. In the beginning of the sickness, I went into the bakery for something else and Misti mentioned a puppy cake to me. Needless to say, my Rascal was in doggie ICU for 10 days and he received a puppy cake on most of those days. He looked for it every time I went to see him. I credited those puppy cakes as being part of his strong will to survive. Now, all 4 of my schnauzers are quite spoiled to the famous puppy cakes! Buttercream Bakery is AMAZING. Everything we have ever had there has been delicious. My personal favorites are the no-bake cookies and Misti's award-winning peanut butter pie, and my husband's favorite is the scones (see included pic of me with a blueberry scone) but literally everything is good. I trusted them with my birthday cake (see included pic) with pretty much the directions "I want chocolate cake" and let them have free rein, and I ended up with this glorious sparkly rainbow piece of Heaven.
